This was the worst ever salon experience my eight year old son has had! Apparently a newly trained / apprentice was given charge of my sons lovely locks. She was painfully slow and even after my explicit instructions to the kind of style I wanted, she made three unsuccessful attempts and didnt even get close. My son steadily kept slouching down the chair, tired of trying to accommodate to her pace and was in tears after forty minutes of the "stylists" groping with his hair. What was worse - none of the other senior staff around came to his rescue till I gently expressed my desire to abandon the hair cut - and even then all I got was a frown as if I was wasting there time. The lady who took over showed no empathy at all to my sons tears and all he got was a firm "whats wrong" from her!! Let alone a child, this experience would have tested the endurance of an adult. I would challenge any of the Supercuts staff to put their own child through this predicament. I gave this one star since my daughter got a decent cut. Overall - rude and in considerate staff with no sense whatsoever of dealing with kids and making clients feel worthless.

I was sceptical about this place because of their 2.5 rating as of june 28 2017,but i still went ahead because i had only 20 bucks,and for a place like Shorthills (u can say milburn,i walked from shorthills) thats cheap. I have no idea why they have a 2.5,may be it changes by who cuts your hair,honestly i had a good experience,i got a fantastic haircut, i felt i came out handsome and just got what i wanted. I dont know the persons name who cut my hair,but thank you soo much.

Do not go here. I usually go to actual salons, but I figured a one inch trim for a blunt haircut would be fine here. I was so wrong. The hairdresser missed pieces that I then had to cut off myself later. Also instead of one length all around, the front right side of my hair is shorter than the rest of my hair. This was probably one of the easiest hair cuts possible, so Im almost impressed they messed it up.

Extrememy poor customer service. Incredibly rude and nasty. These people must hate their jobs, not one friendly employee. Also gives different prices on same service. Worth a 10 minute drive to the other supercuts in the area. Will never walk in this store again and will spread the word to the community!

Horrible experience and customer service. The hair cut was horrible and when asked about it the response was ridiculous. Hair stylists here should learn how to respond to customers. We are paying for the service and they are not doing any social service. Ridiculous people and service.

Dont waste your time with this location. Went in last week for a simple blowout and they did a HORRIBLE job all the way to the blowout. I pointed out that my ends looked really bad and she had to redo it. AND they charged nearly $50 for such a poor job. Never again!

Absolutely awful cut given to my son by the young lady who also worked the front desk. We went straight to another business to get it corrected. They should do better training or skill testing before giving some people access to customers with scissors.

PSA: They do not cut African American hair, if your hair is curly go somewhere else.
