Went there for my 1 year old sons first haircut. Immediatly I noticed that it was not the cleanest of places but still gave it a try Dont judge a book by its cover- is what I thought. Well I will from now on. The WORST haircut. I described EXACTLY what I wanted. I said a TRIM. Yet she managed to cut most of his hair There was the smell of alcohol from her breath (that we didnt notice until half way through) and she was shaking as if the begining of parkinsons. She was quick and when I would tell her something she would just say yes as if she understood and told me to just wait and see. The cut was uneven and completly changed the texture of his hair. He went from shiny soft thin hair to immediatly after having thick coarse dull hair. Dont understand why but can only guess it was the scissors she used and the way she used them. This was one individaule and not the entire salon.

I just went here with my 4.5 year old son. We went in 10min before they closed so I felt bad but I called ahed and they said it was fine. Franie herself cut my sons hair and she was just wonderful. He has ADHD and is extremely active but she worked with him talking and putting him at see make sure he could always see the TV and when he bopped around she bopped with him. I suet take him to the Kids Cuts in the Woodbridge mall but they were always telling him to sit still (something he is incapable of doing) Franies is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to everyone especially if your child has the attention span the size of a pin!

Worst haircut my child has ever received, and my son has gotten some bad ones. On top of the bad haircut, after using their restroom I come back to see a patch of hair missing on the side of his head and she had the nerve to lie and say that was already done (my son hasnt gotten a haircut in over a month). I told her not to worry about the rest and she still charged me 8 dollars. Horrible place. Dont bring your kids here!!!!!!

What kid does not want to get their haircut in car, an airplane or a horse? Franies is a great place for kids and the kids always leave there happy and shorter-haired, which is all you can really ask for!

Took our 3 year old and 1 year old today for their haircuts. The boys loved it. I almost thought the oldest would cry when it was time to leave. Theres a waiting room just for kids.

Very friendly. I took my one year old for his first hair cut. He was made to sit on a toy car for hair-cut. It is a go-to place for kids hair-cut.
