I joined PF Delran and was a member from its opening in 2016. I felt like I was a good member and tried to leave machines and mats better than I found them. A few weeks ago new management was installed and they questioned why I had a small gym bag with me in the gym. I told them I carried gym gloves, sport tape for my bad knee, phone and a small foam roller (which they dont have) and always kept the bag safe and out of way. I had done so for over a year at PF and it was *no problem.* The new manager, however, said it was a *big problem* and then called over the regional manager who said no bags in gym. I didnt see this on my contract, on PF website or anywhere else, and it wasnt a problem for over a year. I said I need the stuff for my workout routine and that I wouldnt be able to stay at PF if they made it go so they cancelled my membership on the spot. I was pretty shocked. The regional manager seemed more interested in proving his point than keeping me as a member. A few days later I went a few minutes down Rt 130 to a place called Cr*nch and the rep said I am welcome in their gym and my small gym bag is too. We both laughed. They have more, better and more varied equip and weights, an awesome class/stretch room with TRX, mats, mirrors, foam rollers, etc., and they have a variety of classes and small workout sessions. Most are included w/$20 membership. They have both types of massage equip that PF had for the $20 membership. To boot, the staff at the front desk say hi and bye to you! I feel more at home at Cr*nch in two weeks than I did at PF after a year. All for the same price as PF. I am super grateful to the hostile management of PF for leading to this change. Thank you, PF! Below is a pic I took of a PF bicep machine which took months to get repaired earlier this year. I spoke to staff several times and even wrote the PF HQ about this. My current gym looks well-maintained and is much cleaner than the Delran PF. I think there are many nice people still at PF who deserve better than what they get for their $$. I hope PF turns it around for them. They have alternatives.

I wish I can give them a zero but a one will be fine I dont mind the service or anything but the employee dont do their job correctly. You guys should mention especially people who are new to having membership explain it better and be very clear with ur policy of cancellation. You should let your customers know oh hey just to let you know if you want to cancel before being charged any type of fee u gotta do it one week in advance so you arent charge. Its not cancel at anytime and still be charged it really stupid because me being new at this NO ONE told me anything about that and Im really pissed off about that especially since its money that I need to use so just so you guys know Im not happy at all with you guys

The staff is very nice & courteous. The price is just right. They have two plans to join, a basic plan of just 10 dollars a month & my favorite black card plan that includes the awesome aquatic bed massage with two massage chairs too. They have several large TVs that broadcast different programs at the same time. Also, every piece of equipment that you could work out on. Any were from tread mills, stair climbers to several nautilus machines and free weights as well. They also have a stretching room and tanning rooms. Pizza every 1st Monday & bagels too I think. Not too shabby. Just what the good olé doctor ordered. I give it a thumbs up in my book.

Ive never been a member and never will. I went to Planet Fitness today with the intentions of joining because its the closest gym to my house. I walk in and tell the employees I would like to pay for a full year membership today in cash. The workers at the desk tells me, " no, our system doesnt work that way", put their heads back down and go back to working. Ive never been to a place that wouldnt accept a guaranteed full year membership because its cash...absolutely mind blowing. #cash dont work in America no more

This places is great and much easy for me to get to and the staff members were very friendly and caring I was having a hard time with one of the equipment and a staff member came over and show me how to use it .Thank you I enjoy coming there and it also a very clean places

Great location with lots of space. 12 minute ab circuit and 30 minute express workout areas separate from main areas. Well maintained with lockers that have a resetable combo lock built in and hydro massage beds. My favorite PF of the locations Ive visited so far.

Super nice staff, also just so everybody know because of the other review. They are actually open 24/7 their presale hours are from 10 am - 7 pm. They clearly say that if you actually sign up. When they are open they will be 24 hours every day of the week.

Really nice gym. There are a Few things I wish they would improve; better wifi its kind slow, iOS app support for iPhone wallet app (so my card shows up on my phone as Im walking in) and Cleaner bathroom. Thanks

Open 24/7 so great for late nights or early mornings. Got the kids so once they go to sleep Im there and since they are so close I can run or jog there for pre and post cardio!!!!!!!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. One staff member in particular has made me feel very uncomfortable when coming in to the gym multiple times. Will be canceling membership soon.
