great gym, clean, great machines etc. The thing that killed it for me is their billing process, within the three years I was a member, three times I was "locked out" and couldnt gain access with my access card. Then inquired and the manager stated to me "you probably didnt have enough money in your bank account to cover the payment", when in fact I had way more than enough. The first and second times it happened they insisted it was a problem on my end and stated that " we will waive the penalty fee this time". Finally the third time I asked the manager to cancel my membership and his reply was "consider yourself terminated". Some businessman, glad Im gone!

I joined Snap in Wantage about 4 months ago. I love the location - as its close to home and close to shopping. The gym is always clean. The best is the 24 hour access. I sometimes work out late on weekends !! I love it !
