ive been having a great experience, but ive found the policies differ depending on who is working. Ive been putting my keys behind the counter every time i visit and today it was a problem. I tried to explain this to the associate but before i could finish my statement she cut me off stating "well were under new management now." Im not sure if she was the manager but she was extremely rude. Im sure it wont be the last time theyll be "under new management."

This place is an overall good gym. I rarely ever have to wait for a machine. There is more than enough cardio. I did have to wait with the weights though (leg machine and pull down). Dumbells are always available. They have music on a mix station. They have 8 different channels to choose from on the tvs. Good gym for people to stay in shape.

I wanted to sign up and no one was the desk so I was like maybe Ill wait couple of Minutes so I did I waited like 20min like without exaggeration and no one showed up and I was like Ill call maybe theyll hear the phone and still no one was there. So In my opinion that was really unprofessional. Worst Customer Service .

First at all, they were charging me for two memberships for two years. When I went to solve the problem they told me it was my faul LOL. I let it pass. I went to cancel the account two month later and on the top of owing me money, they charged me $45. The staff was very unhelpful.

Once you sign up its almost impossible to cancel. Evidently only the manager knows how to cancel someone and you cant do it over the phone or online. We waited half an hour for him to come and help us cancel. Horrible customer service.

Awful place I canceled membership and they still keep charging my card and saying I have to pay so and so AFTER I already canceled my membership and have proof of it. Rude . And scammers! All they want is money. Beware

Just dont like it, there set up is weird and people I guess who live there are very judge full and its embarrassing to go there especially when your over weight. Also staff not that great perfer delran.

Finally got talked into going to the gym, staff is friendly and always willing to help if they can,it has its busy times but never really a long wait for machines.

OMG why can you only visit a gym other then your home gym Ten times? This gym is closer to my job and my commute home is an hours away.
