It was a very fun experiance and it was cool and they pushed your limits to get threw your obsticale then you want to keep trying and eventually you do it. And learning parkour helped me threw life including school work because workin parkour is getting threw obstacles and when I had to do something I would think of when I was there getting threw and obsticale that I couldnt do and that gave me an extra push. Thats why I think this place is 5 stars and any one hew is around west Windsor should try including adults.
