A shipper made a mistake on a shipping label, and as a result, the package was misdelivered. I called the FedEx Home Delivery hub in Dover and the dispatcher was very helpful. She was able to look up that a wrong address was on the shipment, and find my correct address in an electronic database. She notified the driver and is keeping me notified of the situation. The driver is trying to get the package to me TODAY. Thank you FedEx Dover for that part. However, the driver took the misdelivered package from the doorstep of the person who it was misdelivered to. The driver knew where I lived and could not deliver it for some reason. This was on a saturday. FedEx Ground does not deliver on Sunday or Monday so I had to wait until Tuesday. On Tuesday, the dispatcher had no idea whre the package was and we almost had to visit the hub to get it, which is 30 miles or so round-trip

The pits. My package was delivered to the wrong address (It was delivered to a similar sounding address in town). When I alerted FedEx on a Friday afternoon to the fact that A: I did not receive the package even though tracking showed it was delivered, and B: it was probably sent to the wrong address, I was told that they would contact the driver and have him/her redeliver. This did not happen. On Monday, after many calls and runarounds the person whose house the package was delivered to called me and it was decided that I would drive by to pick up the item myself. While I can understand that mistakes happen (this is not the first time items got delivered to the wrong address). I can not understand why Federal Express did not correct their mistake in a timely manner. There is no excuse for this.

Worst experience ever they said it was going to deliver on a Thursday but no it didnt even come then it said it would deliver the next which is Friday it didnt come either then it said the next day it didnt come so it never came I called several times they said it was going to come on that Saturday they never ever delivered it called again they said it will come sometime next week seems like theyll just deliver it whenever they like I guess Ill have to see if it even will deliver and I stayed home when it said it was going to come and its like a town next to mine and it never came

I had missed the first attempt at delivering my package since I was sleeping. The delivery guy, Shane, left a super detailed voice mail giving me many options, including his schedule for the day. He called me later in the day to let me know hell be at a quick check near my house and I could meet him there if the package was important. I went to quick check, he was there, i got my package, all was good. I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and courteous he was. Awesome experience. Worth a review =)

FedEx home delivery is a joke!!!! Second time with a saturday delivery at my store but I was "CLOSED" according to them. I am open 6 days a week and saturday is one of those days. Lazy driver couldnt go to the store location to deliver??? Or did they want to leave early for the day??? Now I have to wait till tuesday for something my customer could have used for monday. If your not going to make the attempt to go to the store then get another job or get rid of this HOME delivery. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Four attempts to get a package to my house and still not here 8 days later. I have decided to to pick it up myself before it gets "lost" due to "wrong address," as they have it. I confirmed the proper address twice. They wont even bring it to the the Fedex facility that is 2 minutes from my house so now I have to drive 20 minutes to get it. I pay for deliveries for the convenience of not having to travel to get my items. So much for that plan.

Like the other reviews stated, Commerce Center Drive is new and not on any maps. If youre coming from Route 80 onto Mount Hope Ave going south, you make a right onto Mount Pleasant Ave to head west. Its a left immediately after the 2nd light you pass. If you see the health care center and then home depot on your left youve gone too far. You can use satellite view to zoom in on the building and see all the FedEx trucks lined outside it.

Fedex delivers a package to me on Friday and today, Saturday, I get an email message stating "Delivery Exception unable to locate address - Street name". What kind of company is this that they can not locate an address two days in a row. In addition to the proceeding they now state that the package will now be delivered on Tuesday. My recommendation to all out there in cyber space DO NOT USE FEDEX.

Spoke to a gentleman named Ryan. He made the most genuine effort to help me out, not just take my name and number and not call me back. In fact, he found my packages, got a hold of the driver, held them for me, and called me back to let me know. Absolutely a million thanks to him! Never written a review on google before, but his great service prompted me to write my first! Ask for Ryan!!

I dread whenever a package I ordered gives me a tracking number and says its coming from Dover and is "out for delivery" from Fed-Ex. My packages always come consistently late from the guaranteed delivery date. I have a new slogan for FedEx from "we live to deliver" to "itll get there...someday...if we feel like it."

Why even have a telephone when you keep it off the hook? My father went to receive two items both ordered on the same day by the same company and only recievied one piece. I am supposed to get something in today and nothing yet. Dont know this store but will make sure never to do business with them again!

If you call FedExs 1-800 #, you can get directions from them: From I-80 W take Exit 35A, (I-80 E take Exit 35) Head South on Mt. Hope Ave Take a left at Mt. Pleasant Ave. Take a right at Commerce Drive. Commerce drive is a newer street and so it does not appear in any online maps at this point.

This is the worst company to work for and they treat the workers terribly. I can say this because I used to be there. Unless you like to kiss up to bosses, youll never have a chance to advance. Avoid this place at all costs or youll regret the decision to work there for the rest of your life.

I fuckingggggggggggggggggggggggg hate fedex ground. I wish the drivers nothing but the worse. I hope the drivers all get fired and never ever be allowed to deliver anywhere at anytime. I truly never hate anything, but this, sadly, is the only exception.

They claim that they delivered the package, but Im almost certain that the driver stole it. The manager and another associate, Ally and Lauren were polite and helpful when I called them but I wouldnt trust the driver, Fadi. I never got the package.
