Came here to print a few pages to ship overnight. Ive been to various UPS locations on many occasions for exactly the same purpose, but this is the first time that I was guided to print out my own documents and then charged for computer use. When I questioned the charge and requested the $2 be removed, I was told that this was how this particular franchise operates (though I was just here two weeks ago and did not have this issue). Im not crying over two dollars, but seriously?? Im already spending $60 to print pages and overnight a package and this particular franchise wants to nickle and dime me for computer use. Thats just not right. I will surely make other arrangements next time I find myself in need of such services.

These are pictures of what this UPS store did to the 50+ yr old family heirloom I put in their care. UPS denied the claim because the recipient did not keep enough of the packaging, but theres no doubt this happened because this store did not package and/or ship this item properly. UPS (or, better yet, FedEx) stores are everywhere. Drive another mile or two and give your money to a business that takes pride in its services -- before AND after they have your money.

Extremely rude staff, they charged me $2 to use some of their tape...Kendall Park UPS store is all around terrible. The North Brunswick location is much better in every way. Go to them instead, Address: 2227 US-1, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902

Most over changes shop.......for printout if you touch there computer they will charge you $2. many other services its over changed shop.
