Worse post office of three that I have used in the area. 1. Always long lines and slow service. 2. Workers not personable or very helpful, and rude at times. 3. Mail often arrives damaged. 4. Often get wrong mail and recently got ALL of my neighbors mail. 5. My current issue is with package dropped off on 2/16/2016, with delivery date expected 2/22/2916. As of today, 3/1/2016, my package has not been delivered. Been trying to track with no success because it only shows date and time box was dropped off and time left Somerville post office. Have spoke with same person at post office couple times and no help at all. Both times was told I sent it cheapest way, so give it more time. And can not or will not help with tracking it.

Hassle-free. Quick business/transactions. Very nice, expect for a dark-skinned, African American female (mid 20s, early 30s). She seems to have an attitude, arrogant way about her. This isnt my first time with an encounter with her. Definitely acts like she doesnt want to be there. I dont know what her deal is, but she can definitely make the atmosphere negative. Overall though, all of the other staff are PLEASANT, RESPECTFULL, ETC

My item was marked delivered but was not. I called the post office and talked with Mr. Zia he was pleasant and took down my info to research the missing package. No more than 45 minutes later he HAND delivered my missing package to me! Best customer service i have ever experience anywhere! Thank you Zia. Also my everyday post man Al is very pleasant and helpful.
