to contest Stephanie Gomezs poor review, she doesnt understand how this branch of FedEx operates. These are run by subcontracted service providers, who are the middlemen that manages the different areas of Central Jersey. so the performance falls to the local delivery driver in her area. She wasnt too specific as to why she gave it a poor rating. was the driver lazy? was the area in a "high risk" to get packages stolen from someones front door / porch? Furthermore, you cant choose fedex or ups or lasership to deliver your online purchases; the SELLER does!!! as Ms. Gomez orders online in the future, she can request to have UPS or USPS deliver her stuff from now on & the SELLER will try to accomodate her wishes. She also probably chose the wrong location of FedEx because her service area isnt near this hub/location

Never had any problems with FedEx Home Delivery whenever Im expecting a package or 2 via their residential ground delivery service. I may decide to do a trial run with FedEx Ground/FedEx home delivery in the near future. Although I will toss in a suggestion for FedEx Ground. Please put in some drop boxes for FedEx Ground/FedEx home delivery packages so that way senders who use FedEx Ground/FedEx home delivery have more locations to drop off their packages. I dont care where you put them, whether it be next to FedEx Express drop boxes or wherever as long as you put some in my area thatd be great! On a side note I dont know why is there so many negative reviews. Oh well if Im happy with you guys then I have no problem with trying you out for sending my packages.

Only gave a Star to leave a comment..the worst office yet been waiting for my package all week ,as they been saying they have been to my home and knocked on my door but no one was home...wrong I was home all week and not one fedex truck rode down my street..the worst and still havent gotten my package told me I had to wait another week before I could get it re delivered and picked up ...the worst yet

Make sure that your address comes up on the GPS accurately, if expecting packages from this hub. Drivers are not always familiar with area and do not know their routes/areas well enough. I didnt get a door tag...no phone call...nothing. You must call customer service to coordinate everything.

Every time I get a package delivered they either say I wasnt home when I be there and they dont leave a door tag and its always wrong address when UPS never has a problem delivering to my apartment. Hate when a package have to get delivered by them, its always a damn problem.

They made me drive way up here because there driver wouldnt ring my buzzer. The people were nice, i just dont feel like i should have driven so far just for my package.

Damn near every time I have something shipped from fed ex. It never comes on the day its suppose to. I always get delivery exception. Whats up with that
