Hi UPS, I am very unhappy with everything you have put me throw. I have been on the phone with you guy for a hour and the only thing you could come up with was is "its the sellers fault" and that I needed to call them. So I did and that took me 30 minutes out of my day. The seller told me that they got the package to ups on Oct 3. So I thought that was a little weird that UPS is not telling me the truth... I just now check my package update online and its just now getting shipped!! You had my package for 3 days and your just now getting it out the door! I was expecting the package on 10/6/16. Thats tomorrow and I am going out of town on Friday, at lest I was. But I started to do a little research on where the package was coming from. Its coming from 799 Jefferson Rd, Parsippany, NJ 07054 and that UPS has some really bad reviews. So I am pretty sure this is on you UPS. I just wounding why you guys are slacking off?

They stole my Iphone 7! The package arrived at Parsippany distribution center on 9/20 and was supposed to be out for delivery that day only it magically vanished. Called customer service and was told it would be delivered. Got a call from Laura on the morning of 9/21 and said they were looking to see if it was still on the truck and she would call me back. No phone call ever came. Went to the customer service center at the Parsippany DC and was told they hand not located it but can be assured "no subterfuge was going on". Went back on the 9/22 spoke to the same guy and now he said it was lost and I needed to call customer service and tell them to complete a lost package investigation. Customer service tells me it will take 4-7 days to complete the investigation and Verizon wont send a new one until they are told by UPS that it is lost...ridiculous.

Most frustrating customer service experience ever. Failure at shipper and UPS for not catching a mistake in a zip code early, means my overnight shipping charge is worthless because UPS decided to ship my package from one warehouse thats an hour from my house to another thats nearly the same distance to correct the ticket instead of giving me the option to pick it up at the first warehouse. So for one hour of travel time, my package is delayed by a day, and of course I cant pick it up tonight at the other warehouse. They cant confirm it will be ready. I didnt realize it takes over 12 hours to go from Saddle Brook to Parsippany, especially since the package made it from AZ to NJ in the same amount of time. Next time Ill use Fedex. At least they call and give you options before loading your package into the next container.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BY ALL MEANS. Worst company, worst customer service. Ive paid extra for expedited delivery. My package was not delivered on time. I missed my flight because of them and had to pay for changing it. I then was suppose to pick up my package, they never held it for me at the location even tho I called and requested for a hold and had a confirmation number. Supervisors are rude and not able to do anything (useless). Customer service representatives are are clueless about what they are doing!! Never going with UPS again.

UPS is the most frustrating and unreliable shipping courier that I have had the displeasure to use. I have had drivers from this facility leave packages in the rain right next to the bag I provided to them, forge my signature, lose packages, as well as delver packages to me that were for another address. Every time I call customer service they tell me something completely different and that always makes it harder to manage an already late package. Avoid UPS at all costs.

Terrible! Terrible!! Terrible!!! Awful company...mailed two huge boxes on July 27th from this Parsippany location...neither made it to the intended destination...and they have to nerve to flag it as "DELIVERED...LEFT AT THE FRONT DOOR". LIARS! All I know is: they better locate both boxes. Funny enough, 7 boxes were mailed through fedex--around the same time period and they all got there. Some were even left at the door---no problem. UPS stinks!!!!

My iphone was also stolen been tracking the package allll day made my younger brother call out of work to wait for my iphone for them to say delivered left at front door at 6pm I called at 617 to ask them to make driver turn around or call them because there was nothing left here from expecting a call in a hour turned to sorry monday guy never knocked or rang a bell everyone saying its the driver who most likely took it. Horrible i am beyond pissed

UPS Parsippany,NJ When I Called Them They Said It In A Big UPS Ground Truck But I Check It Said No Information For The Delivery Date And Got Mad And File A Claim And It On Investigation The Package The Customer Service (UPS) Said (8 Business Days) Hope They Repond With Good New!

WORST SHIPPING COMPANY IN THE USA. NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY. ALSO IF YOU ARE BUYING SOMETHING TELL THE SELLER TO USE FEDEX INSTEAD. THEY ARE THE BEST AND THE CHEAPEST. UPS TAKES SO LONG TO DELIVER PACKAGES AND SOME OF MINE PACKAGES NEVER CAME.

Contractors can not enter the facility. You simply drop your trailer on the curb, get your bills signed, and head to their drop lot for an empty. Its ok to take your break at the drop lot. However with the holidays it was very crowded.
