On Monday, December 12, 2016 at 11:43 AM I received an alert that my packages were left at the front door. I went to retrieve my packages and they were not there. I immediately called FedEx and was told they were going to initiate a trace and someone would call me back. Called FedEx several times on Monday, the last call was around 6:30 PM by that time the Stults Road Station was closed. I was told I had to wait until the morning. Meanwhile the hours are ticking away. Called FedEx on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 7:30 AM the response was no different than the one I received on Monday. In the meantime I did my own research and confirmed the package was delivered to the wrong address. I shared this information with customer service and was told someone would call me back. At lunchtime I decided to take a ride to the FedEx Ground Station and speak to someone in person to see if they could help me. I was told the address on the label was corrected manually an "e" was added to the beginning of the street name and an "s" was added to the end. They claim when the package was scanned the incorrect address printed out for the driver. The address the driver had was a street vs blvd and in a different town with different zipcode. I performed a Google search on the address that was on the label without the "e" and the "s" and it returned the correct address. It appears FedEx did not perform a Google search. If there was any confusion, no one called me to verify the address. The correct address was all over both packages dont understand why the driver didnt question the difference. I was told the driver went to retrieve my packages this morning and no one answered the door. So much precious time is being lost. I totally understand mistakes can happen especially at this busy time, however, this mistake could have been rectified immediately because they had plenty of notice. I am still waiting to hear from customer service.

im in livingston nj,,,,,,,,,i setup a home pickup of 2 packages on 2/17.......a week later my customer advised me that his tracking info said his box was not picked up........main fedex claimed a driver came to my livingston home on 2/17 and 2/18 but there were no packages......fedex opened an investigation.......on 2/24 my packages were found in dayton facility........fedex has no idea how my packages got to dayton.......they were never scanned.........seems someone stole my packages and when investigation started they got scared and put them in delivery system.........my question is WHO TOOK MY PACKAGES TO THE DAYTON FEDEX!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS NO ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly I would give them NEGATIVE stars if I could. On 1/27/2017 at 12:25 my package was unlawfully signed for with a dot. No one was present at the time of the delivery in my house. And when I looked for package when I came home from work NOTHING WAS THERE. After calling customer service MULTIPLE TIMES to pursue the issue, they did NOTHING but wait for a response for a very expensive package. In short they do not care about you. THERE ARE CROOKS FOR DRIVERS THAT STEAL YOUR PACKAGES AT THIS FEDEX LOCATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WILLING TO HELP BECAUSE THEY DON"T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER. WILL NEVER USE FEDEX EVER AGAIN.

I cannot even rate them 1 star. On multiple times they have it listed as package delivered then when they check, they never even came to my block. They delivered to an incorrect address who of course denied receiving it. This time not only did they admit they delivered incorrectly, they said they picked it back up from the wrong location. They put a track on it and they would call me back. Days after they did not call me back so I called them. The next person I spoke with said it was delivered on the day they said which was confirmed they did not. I believe their drivers are thieves and steal the packages..

These clowns lost my package that I had ordered 12/02/2016 was supposed to be delivered 12/14/2016 it is my sisters Christmas present to Rancho Cucamonga, California. It is now 12/20/2016 and I was told that it wouldnt arrive until 12/27/2016, THANKS YOU GOOD FOR NOTHING WASTE OF SPACE OF A COMPANY!!! I was forced to use this company because the merchant used them or USPS and I was severely dissapointed!! This is why UPS has been my courier of choice.... I hope this company bankrupts!!!

Quick and easy to get your packages while you wait in the security checkpoint office. Dont expect a restroom/bathroom here for visitors or a drinking water fountain. Docked 1 star for how basic the security checkpoint is considering your customers are expected to wait here for up to 20 minutes.
