A bunch of idiotic morons who are zero help finding a package! Called numerous times, spoke to several FE reps and got nowhere! No wonder UPS is eating their lunch. Some FE rep called me to tell me they had my package(full of Xmas presents) that Southwest airlines lost! The moron did not give me a tracking # which is all they know but did ask if I wanted to drive to their location and pick it up? Gee, what a idea, have me expend more time and effort to resolve someone elses screw-up! Do not use this company! UPS is far superior in serving customers!

Slow driver and when you call to find out approximately what time will the driver be in your area, they stated by the end of the business day. They sent 3 emails to the canal office, I was told that someone would call me within 2 hours with a accurate window time and unfortunately no one called after 3 attempts of me calling the 800 #. If I had it my way I would never utilize them, I love UPS and the USPS bringing my packages.
