I am pricing martial arts in the area. Called here to inquire and I was told my child could try a free class but they will not quote over the phone. I expressed that I dont want to have my child try the class and love it, if it is out of my price range. The woman put me on hold to check with a supervisor and returned with the same information. That seems pretty silly to try to get people in the door like this. It actually did the exact opposite, I have no interest now...great sales strategy Flex!!!

great place to focus... Who cares if the equipment is old? has the core science of increasing your health changed? No. New machines dont change a thing. This a good safe gym where you dont have to worry about having your items STOLEN. The members are friendly. I live in mt laurel and take the trip to flex atleast 3 days a week. If you want fancy prissy equipment with meat heads and girls in spandex.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE we dont want you here

When I first arrived to Flex about 3 months ago, I was told improvements would be made because the gym is under new management. Improvements have been made!!! The new floor in the gym which gives more support especially to those who lift heavier is perfect! I cant say this is a fitness club type of gym - its the gym where you go to work and get things done. I wish there were longer hours - but when the population increases Im sure theyll extend.

Small weight room, equipment is old and broken. Weight room smells horrible. The staff is unfriendly and you get the vibe that they hate theyre job.
