Would have gave zero stars if allowed. Worked for Action agency in Kearny, NJ Apparently protocol is work then hope and pray that you get paid, NOT COOL AT ALL. Even I could do a better job working for payroll instead of working at job sites. Like what kind of program is this smh. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO OTHER AGENCIES FOR EMPLOYMENT. Oh yeah if you do decide to work for this agency, be prepared to get you some kind of attorney or legal aide, file a complaint with BBB ( Better Business Bureau) and the New Jersey State Department Of Labor like I did to ensure that you will get paid.smh
