I have not had a good experience with Remedy Staffing. I was not paid for the time I worked. I experienced a brief disregard for my time I worked and for the work I put in. I will not recommend anyone with experience working for staffing agencies to join this one. They have people who are on the list to work before you(who are not of this country), their recruiters are rude, smug, and just want you to sign up with them, so they will tell you anything. I received a pay card which was invalid due to the so called excuse "because of the holidays we can not put your check on the pay card". After being told rudely by the receptionist that my check is there to be picked up, I go and pick it up and I received an excuse that my check was printed at another branch after being told by three people they were working on finding my check. I did not get a call back for permanent work at FEDEX due to lack of communication; not on my part. I showed up to work and I was not on the list to work for that day, I left. Yet, I was not paid for the day I did work. This is very unnecessary for a company like this to promise people work but do not show the people that work for them any respect. I guess I will have to accept this for now. I do not want to contact your branch anymore. I have made my attempts to receive a prompt response. I have not received it. I will not chase you for my money. I however will deal with this matter accordingly. People work to get payment for their time not for a company to take advantage of workers.

I started a position on August 22,2016, mind you I was still being trained for the position, four days later I get a call from Remedy saying that my assignment has ended, when all the employer talked about was how he needed people. I cant even get an explanation as to why that happened. The sad part is they couldnt even assign me something else. Its definitely not easy getting in contact with a representative. There always busy and you can never get a solid response from them. When you call theyll either put you on hold, tell you that their busy, or ask for your name and the last four digits of your social and then (my favorite) "We dont have anything right now but well put in the system that you have open availability", and going to the office in Edison and dealing with them face to face is another story.

GREAT PLACE. I recently applied, I was in need of a job asap and they were able to place me in a very great job. What really convinced me was their excellent customer service, I was treated very nice compared to other agencies I worked for in the past. I feel very comfortable calling my recruiter Magaly Abanto, for she is such a great person with so much patience. I remembered the day I applied, the place was so crowed that I was actually interviewed by a man whom ended up being the owner. It is very rare to actually find a place in which the owners have so much interaction with everyone else. Great man I can say, not sure if he will read this review but THANK YOU JOHN CARAVELLA .......

Back when the office was located in Matawan, this company was GREAT! But ever since they moved to Edison it seems that it all went down hill...Ive been trying to get an assignment for months and Im always given the run around. The secretary is very rude and unprofessional and seems to be bothered when you call...as if she doesnt even like working there. I also have spoken to two recruiters (both last name Sorto) and everytime was told to send my resume and wait for a follow up which is basically them blowing me off. I will be sending the owner John, an email about this as well to see what can be done...

I worked for them starting on August 10th overnight for a warehouse, required to take that shift though I was promised a daytime shift. But thats not what bother me, what bothered me is its now August 25th and I still havent received my pay for those hours worked. A terrible company that doesnt do its job. If the money doesnt go through, its your fault. Or the "clients" fault, and you WILL be punished for their problems. Never work for these idiots.

I started working there on the 20th of November and they told my driver to tell me not to come anymore for no apparent reason. I kept calling them they aint picking and when they do nobody knows nothing about me, I still didnt get paid for the 8 days that I worked there. Worse thing is they didnt call me instead the called my driver, now Im employed and cant pay my bills I hope you people know how you ruin my life

Not a great experience with remedy staffing at all, was there in November 2015, did all the computer work that was asked of me, filled out the application, sent in my resume, and when I call the office they state, IM SORRY BUT WE DONT HAVE ANYTHING. But then, I see some of the other post on here giving remedy the yeah, all thumbs up, really what Im I missing here..

I highly recommend it!!!! I have been working under Remedy Staffing for 6 months and cant complaint. Never had problems with my payments nor my assignments. Great quality of customer service and wonderful recruiters. I have been treated with respect but most of all they are always able to help right away.
