No benefits,no advancement...management is a joke. team lead wasnt able to handle or approach a person of color. if one person(of color) did something wrong then all people of color were sent home...team lead having relations with team member on same team made job stressful and conflicts were happening on a constant basis...i say all these things because Ive experience this FIRST HAND....since theres no actual face to face interview the company will tend to hire anyone and i mean anyone.some people were there just to get a free check never worked a minute in their shift..OVERALL DISASTER! ! im in the staten island,NY area...

Our firm has worked with TPG Staffing for the past 2 years. I felt a moral obligation to point out to the public that they are the most ethical and professional vendor we have ever used. The owner of TPG Staffing is a woman of impeccable character and enviable reputation within the business community. My experience with anyone from their organization could not be more in contrast to what has been written in some reviews that I have read here. The Internet has become a place where it is all too common for people/competitors to write malicious things about other businesses within their industry.

I recently interviewed with Tracy Straley at TPG Staffing. Tracy found me a senior accounting position at a company within a 30 minute commute from my home in Florham Park, NJ. After completing a series of interviews, the company hired me with a very competitive salary and good benefits package. I found TPG Staffing to be extremely professional and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a full time (direct-hire) professional position.

I am enjoying the job and the people I work with have been very nice to me. I think that the pay is good and the hours are reasonable. Havent worked with this place and after the reviews and reading how the management responds to the reviews I wont be. As a woman who owns a business I am well aware that you wont get anywhere by talking badly about the client regardless of how bad the review is its unprofessional and just a plain bad work ethnic to have.

Dont waste your time, these people are absolutely unprofessional and would give absurd excuses as to why you didnt get the job you applied for. Trust me you wont anywhere from these so called staffing recruiters. Its sad that I cant give them a below zero or at least a zero rating.

Was through tpg for 2 years. had stable employment was hired on direct after 2 years to my company. Shouldnt have taken that long! received no increase in pay for years or any other kind of accommodations along the two years.
