Omg where do I begin? First, I am not one of those people that goes around trashing places or other people and pretty much never write reviews, which should indicate just how bad my experiences here were. I have worked in customer service in one way or another basically my whole life so i get how people can have a bad day sometimes, but every single time? I had to go here a couple times while applying to Amazon and each time was horrendous. First of all, if youre told to schedule an appointment dont bother because its first come first served. Second of all, get there early because the line grows fast and damn near stands still. Why is that you ask? Because the employees are basically incompetent and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. The first time I was there I waited in line for 2 1/2 hours. The last time I was there I arrived early hoping to be out quickly. It didnt open until 10 am apparently and there was already a line of people waiting outside (I was 10th in line). The employees decided to start showing up around 10:05ish. When they finally opened the doors and let 10 of us in at first where we waited in another line and eventually let the rest of the people in and started handing out numbers which I think was more for show than productivity. We stood there for another 45 minutes while the "employees" joked about their breakfasts, walked around and filled out forms. They never apologized, never gave us an estimated wait time, pretty much never even acknowledged us. And if you dare ask a question youll just be told, shortly, to hurry up and wait. Wouldnt it be more productive if, and this may sound crazy, the employees arrived EARLY to fill out their forms or did it the night before? If they actually showed a sliver of interest or care? I cannot believe these women get paid for this and that there is a complete lack of management. Everyone waiting is there because they want and need a job. I guarantee you could pick anyone out of the line and they would do a better job than these people. They should all be replaced, in my opinion. I have never seen such disregard for people and their time. Im doubtful but hopeful that someone who runs or owns this establishment, or someone from Amazon who hires this agency, reads these complaints and does something because its absolutely ridiculous and inexcusable and I find it very offensive how disrespectful they are of everyone and their time. GET IT TOGETHER!!!

The staff is very unprofessional. I was waiting in line to speak to a representative about an email that I received but she decided to have a conversation with another staff member and didnt acknowledge me even after I tried getting her attention. She was rude, disrespectful and loud. After waiting for 15 minutes I spoke in a loud tone and told her that Im here because of an email that I received and she rolled her eyes and said to another employee that after dealing with me shes not taking anyone else. She goes to say its Friday and payday so she ready to get off and go out. I cant see myself for going back to this place.

Theres a big miscommunication between this place and Amazon HR, I been tryhing to start Working since 4 months ago, and whenever o go to the site ijn my first day I cant because they havent rewrite something in the stat us of the application. Something that easy, not response from the HR, not respond from cuat imer service, not respond from integrity staff either... None of them cant give you a solution. Just going here and there for not reason.

This an agency that recruit people to work for Amazon the last time I went.People that work there are not PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I got an appointment at 1 I left there at 5.They had different shift appointment every hour it was crowded because of their lack of time management .
