My child attends this school and absolutely adores it as well as my husband and I. The review below bashing the school is completely inaccurate. Lisa cares for the children just as much as her own. The classrooms are never out of ratio. Lisa takes that very seriously and the classrooms are not overcrowded at all. The employees are treated with the utmost respect. It is clear the person below is an ex employee who is mad she lost her position. The owner Lisa makes sure who she hires is right for the job and if she does not like the way a teacher is preforming she will replace them because she cares for the children and how they are being taught. Everything she does is in concideration of the children. The food at the school is awesome and the kids love it. Every Friday Lisa gets pizza delivered for pizza Friday! The food that is catered is great quality. There is a vegetarian option for the children who do not eat meat. The front desk workers make sure the entire school is stocked all the time. Its extremely upsetting to see someone lie about everything this school offers just because of personal issues. Love this school and all the employees!! Incredible people!

My son goes to this daycare and after giving it some months for them to impress me they have not... I do love his main teacher as she also taugh my daughter when she was in a different preschool. The teachers are great, the owner is a different story. She is never available when you need to speak to her about something serious. I picked up my son recently and he had a rash and a swollen red eye was itchy and uncomfortable, reason for this was they gave him a cupcake when I had told and wrote in the application how my son has allergies to eggs and peanuts. She never mentioned it to her teachers so they gave him a cupcake just like all the other kids. When I went to speak to her she was conveniently unavailable so I told her staff in the front who apologized and assured me that they would let Lisa know what had happened. I have yet to hear from her and its been over a week since shes been told. To me allergies is something so serious with children and for her not to reach out apologize etc is shocking to me. I dont like it here I dont feel comfortable anymore. The one teacher my son has is great love her other than that not happy at all.

My baby has been going this daycare for 4 months now and both my husband and I are happy with this daycare. When she first started, she was the youngest baby in her class and you can imagine how a mother must feel leaving her newborn at daycare. I was very sensitive and it was a difficult time for me. There is no such thing as being "too sensitive" or being paranoid when it comes to your child. They are your first priority and you want the best care for them. In the beginning, there were a few hiccups that they quickly ironed out. I have no doubt in my mind that the teachers love and care for the children there and you can feel how passionate Lisa (owner) is towards the care of these children and her daycare. You can speak to her about your child and you have her full attention. Things are addressed quickly so you know you are in good care. I have recommended this daycare to my friends (which they are now attending) after I joined.

I send my kids to this daycare since their grand opening 2 years ago. They had difficult time in the beginning, i am sure it is not easy to run a facility like that. But everything turns out great about 6 months into the business. Their outdoor playground is one of the best. There is a great indoor playroom for weather days. What i like the most of this daycare is, the Manager/Owner, Lisa, is very involved in a lot of decision making. She is not one of those counting the dollar bills in the back room and that is all that cares about. ( i have seen one like that in the area) NOT AT ALL. She is extremely caring to kids, flexible and beyond reasonable to the parents. Owner is great Policy is reasonable Holiday is reasonable Price is great for the facility that is provided Teachers - there are handful of great ( i mean GREAT) teachers. There are some just alright. the bad ones wont last (coz Lisa doesnt tolerate it)

My son goes to school at TLE and is able to read and write just as well as my daughter who is in First grade (who attended a Montessori school). It is truly amazing how well their phonics program works and he is able to sound out words that stump him and read so well, all before going to Kindergarten. I like the TLE program better than the Montessori one as well because it is set up and structured the same way that public school is so the transition is much smoother. My daughter who went to Montessori school had a much harder time adjusting because she was used to such a different set-up and learning atmosphere. Really love TLE!

As new parents, we had no experience with daycares. We wanted a place that is education, safe and close to home. The Learning Experience is perfect for us. Our daughter was very slow to talk. At 18 months she only spoke a few words. Within a few months at The Learning Experience, she became more vocal. We can also track her daily activities through the TLE app. Most recently, they upgraded the app to include daily photos! The TLE teachers are also very friendly and caring. We appreciate that the teachers are actually teaching and not just "watching" her.

My daughter started coming to TLE this past summer. She adjusted very quickly thanks to the super friendly teachers. The Director Lisa is so friendly and accommodating along with the others that help her out at the front desk. Its always nice having someone to greet you when you first enter. The snacks and lunches that are provided each day have been a life saver! Sooo nice not having to pack a lunch each day. Somehow she eats everything at school too! We are very happy with this center especially because its so spacious and clean.

My daughters 2nd year in this center. Its a brand new building. They are open throughout the year except the major holidays such as christmas, thanksgiving, etc. Its a safe school for kids. If you dont have the keys you cant enter without permission. Our class teacher Ms Tiffany is the sweetest teacher ever! She takes care of the kids as of they are hers. They have indoor playground which made us sign up for this school. Once its winter, kids cannot go out so much, and they are not stuck in their classroom.

Wonderful daycare center! Our child has been there for a year and a half, and we have no complaints. The best thing about this brand new facility is the owner - Lisa. She is very easy going and flexible, not to mention being a nurse. Facility is clean and classrooms are spacious. Snacks/meals being provided is a huge time saver in the morning. Very pleased with TLE Englewood Cliffs!

My daughter has been attending since she was about a year old. She has transitioned into a new classroom and has absolutely loved all of her teachers every step of the way! I would certainly recommend this to any parent looking for childcare. The owner Lisa is excellent. She is constantly involved and available should you need to discuss any concerns/questions with her.
