This is, by far, the best school in the area for little ones. My daughter has truly blossomed since starting only seven months ago. We were pressured to put her into a "disabled" school where I knew more about her needs than anyone there and how to help her succeed. When I first spoke to Toni and asked if they even accepted students with Sensory Processing Disorder, she said, "absolutely, wed love to meet her!". The admin and staff are the most caring, supportive and educated Ive met. Her teacher, Miss Sharon, made more progress with her in 6 weeks than her OT did in 6. She is happy, well-adjusted and LOVES school days. When I got the chance to discuss their education curriculum for the pre-k, I was more than impressed. Initially, we wanted her there for socialization because I could handle the education part at home, but what they are offering is entirely above what I could have expected. Tools and strategies that I teach my grad students to implement...they are daily practices here!! If you ever hear anything negative about Goddard, it is simply nonsense...Believe me, after over 15 years in schools ranging from inner city to rural to urban, this is top-notch. Coming from a Reading Specialist, they will be leaps and bounds ahead when they leave here!

The Goddard School was the perfect choice for my daughter and my family. They do provide what an educationally based child care program would, an excellent head start. My daughter absolutely loves going there and at the beginning of her educational career, that is critical. In life theres turmoil. A child needs to be able to have a place to go to and feel happy, safe and secure. That is what Goddard is to us. When she spends between 7 and 9 hours a day, there needs to be a special type of a feeling. Almost like a 2nd family for her. They are in touch with the community and participate with many community events. My daughter enjoys seeing the familiar faces from Goddard at the local school volleyball tournament, for example.

My son was at the Goddard School in Forked River since he was three months old. First time mom, I was so sad that I had to leave him, but the loving and educated environment was comforting to us. I really loved that they had all of the children outside and on their age appropriate playgrounds and I even saw them going on nature walks! So fun. Learning through play is not just a slogan, they really mean it, and to the mom that had a bad experience, Im glad you found a happy place for your son. Happy baby = Happy Mommy!

We could never justify sending our child anywhere else. Goddard of Forked River is not just a daycare, it is a school jump starting our childs education needs in a safe, invigorating environment. This school is well worth it and all the parents have same goals....to have their child or children receive the best care and education possible. After several other poor experiences at other local establishments, we can honestly say Goddard is worth the money and peace of mind.

I dont think the goddard school in forked river is the right choice for many parents such as myself. My child attended the goddard and she begged me every morning before we walked in the school to not send her there. They have children in their facility that obviously have special needs and one of the children would hurt my poor daughter everyday. It is apparent that they only care about the monthly income and not our children!!

My daughter has been going to F.R. Goddard since she turned 1. She LOVES it!! The staff and teachers are beyond words...I can walk in and drop my daughter off and not have one single doubt in my mind that she is happy and safe at all times. Every once and awhile, the thought crosses my mind when shes going to leave there, and I get so sad!! I cant think of not seeing those great people every day!!

My son has been attending The Goddard School in Forked River since he was 11 months old and I could not be happier!! The Owners, Administration and Teachers are all the most friendly, caring people you will ever meet! Each child is treated with much love and care. My son has learned so much and looks forward to going every day!! I highly recommend this school!!!!

Our daughter attends this school and just loves all her friends and teachers. She has learned a lot and we are very happy with our choice. It comforts me knowing she is in a loving and safe environment everyday.
