Just like everyone else the salesperson or persons (guy named jay) will harass you like you never have before. My experience was that we had went in to check this gym out and use our guest passes but before we could even do that we knew we were definitely not choosing this location because of how he was acting. Trying to shove memberships down our throats. Telling us which membership to choose knowing that the other plan would actually be better and cheaper for us. Now my only thing on top of the million questions we had to answer on every detail of how we would use the gym is the fact that before we could see the gym, get a feel for it, and enjoy the amenities during the week long guest pass is that he was forcing us to sign up for a membership before any of those things. LA Fitness has great gyms with many facilities but as long as you have people like him harassing potential members/members before they even see the gym good luck making any money. I wont even go back the rest of my guest pass because Im sure hell be waiting by the door to harass us. LA Fitness do something before this location ruins your reputation.

The Gym is nice & well maintained... The trainers are pushy & interrupt you in the middle of a lift or work out trying to sell you on personal training.. The management staff do not seem to care about you unless you are training.. Your contract says you have access to the entire gym but then the section off an area that is exclusively for personal training only.. There is equipment there that is not found in other places in the gym that unless you use a personal trainer you are forbidden to use... To make matters worse the Personal training sessions often spill out side of that specific area getting in your way of your work out.. The pool is well maintained & the sauna is the nicest dry sauna I have used.. I just wish the gym members would keep their music to them selves as they used it.. Often they do not even use headphones in the sauna... It also is starting to get very crowded in there even during not peek hours..

Nice clean gym. Good equipment when its not broken. Sales reps/trainers will bug you every chance they get. Had to try and hide to get away from them. Even after complaining to management I still got harassed. After 1 year I quit and changed gyms. Its a shame bc the gym itself is nice. Also, LA if youre trying to sell me on personal training maybe you should hire trainers that arent over weight. Im in better shape than some of them. I almost forgot. The kids klub. Hours suck. Why close in the afternoon for 4 hours?! They dont pay those girls that work in there enough and they cut back their hours so sometimes theres 1 girl to the 10 kids in there. After they cut hours they told me they would no longer be able to take my son into the bathroom. That their boss said they were not aloud

Great gym. Always clean. For the most part the other customers are friendly. The staff is a little pushy when wanting you to sign up for something such as personal training, but thats there job and I kind of expected it. Overall Im very happy with my membership. They worked with me to get an achievable monthly price. Equipment is good. Pool and sauna are clean. Happy with my membership. Would recommend to friends. I joined the personal trainer for a great price for my girlfriend and I and its amazing.Mathew one of the worker is a really great guy always helping you out so you could achieved your goal.My trainer Tina is great, she write down work out so we can complete in our own and its great.

Great gym!!! I have been working out for many years and have to say, LA Fitness in Glassboro is by far the best gym! Ample equipment and not too crowded so I am in and out with my workout everyday of the week. The staff is one of the friendliest I have ever dealt with especially Bob and Shabazz would will help you with any matter you have!! The juice bar, run by Gina and Steve is by far the best I have ever been to!! They have everything you could possibly be looking for and are very knowledgeable to help you get what you are looking for. If you are not into the stereotype gyms or going just for a social event, this is the gym for you!!!

Dont trust at all to give them your credit card information they easily misuse it! I asked them for 2 months membership and I paid the whole money upfront and they asked me to sign some pages of a contract and they explained me without letting me read everything. After couple of weeks I understood they started deducting money from my bank account which I swiped its credit card at the time of registration. When I referred to them they said they can not do anything and it happens from their headquarter!!!

Ive been a member of this gym for three months and since then Ive had my wallet and keys stolen twice. If you like to have employees or other people go through your locker when youre training to steal your valuables, then this is the perfect gym for you! They dont have any cameras and have no respect or loyalty to their customers. This is the worst gym I have ever trained at. Also, if you like to workout next to roidheads who throw weight around and never clean up after themselves go to this gym!

One of the best Gyms that Ive been to and Ive been to a lot of good and bad places. I just wish it was 24 hours. Oh well I guess you cant have everything. Sadly the Dumbells only go up 100 as well. So... Sorry no super heavy Dumbbell presses. Those are really the only gripes that I have. I read some of the other reviews. As far as stolen valuables go. If you dont want your stuff stolen lock it up. Common sense right?? It goes a long way??

Havent been there for a while, and wont be back. Equipment is somewhat lacking compared to neighboring gyms. Tried to use their free pass to check out their facilities.... only to find my time wasted because they used the offer as a method to "hook" you as a sales prospect when you walk in the door.

The LA Fitness is OK but its building should have stayed an Acme. Now the ShopRite has a guaranteed monopoly as the Aldi looks too fancy for Glassboros demographics and therefore wont last long.
