You now have to make an appointment to tan. You cannot just walk in. The appts are every 12 min so if youre too early you have to sit and wait. Tonight I go into the booth and it turns off after 1 min. The workers cannot over ride the system to start it again AND I cannot register again because they system wont let you tan within a 24 hour period. This is enough for me. I wont be returning to the mantua location again. Ill drive the extra 10 min to Sewell. Worse move ever.

Office Staff

one of their employees who works out on his days off I guess, regularly uses the gym as his personal track sprinting from one side of the gym to another instead of using a tredmil. Seriously dude, if you have to run like that, go outside and run around the shopping center...duhhh. but from the looks of you, I bet you never even thought of such a novel idea. I hope you slip and fall

GM Ryan promised me that if I made a past payment of 42.90 I would have my memebership back. Unfortunately these people who work here are total hypocrites. Called the Regional Alex and a manager who works at this site named Eric, and both claim I owe even MORE money. Total waste of time and money. If you want to get fit, work out at home, cheaper and easier.!

Some people who work in that store do not greet when it arrives, some people that when they are using the weights drop them and make noise, and they do not say anything to him. The drinkers do not seem to clean it a few years ago.

Standard Planet Fitness location meaning lots of treadmills and equipment. Very crowded early in the year with people trying to achieve their New Years resolutions. Generally clean and well maintained.

No fanfare, no hoopla. Just inexpensive access to workout equipment at a very low price. And no contract commitment. We joined last month and are enjoying it. Friendly people.
