Keep passive aggressively watering down my shakes. The only thing I actually liked about this gym was their overly priced shakes and thats been ruined. When I first started going they were thick, smooth and good. Then one day they handed me this water mess. I asked the guy what was wrong with the shake and he started getting offensive. The next week when I ordered another one it was watery again, it wasnt even the right color. I asked the girl now why my shakes were so watery and she narrowed her eyes, looked me dead in the face and shrugged. This kept happening until I finally caught a clue and stopped buying them. On my birthday a new worker made my free shake and it was thick and good again! Thats when I knew it had been personal all this time...my feelings are hurt and so are my pockets. Im in a contract so Im stuck, but I do not recommend this gym.

Myself, my husband and our son are all joined to Retro Gym. My husband and I go 4 days per week consistently. My husband trains me which I enjoy and since hes an expert. I really like that all cardio equipment has its own tv, it seems to make the time go by faster. This gym is clean and well laid out. I am really glad they got a real squat rack in, I would not use the smith machine for my squats b/c its a modified squat. One worker there is a bit annoying he likes to run his mouth about real men who have muscles and good bodies but he does this only hiding behind Retros Facebook profile. (on a computer) Mondays they are very bust but on Fridays its pretty dead in the the gym well around 6:15 when I go. Blaire is the best- friendly and professional.

I actually only liked the theater part of the gym. Although I couldnt work out and watch the movie, I enjoy the isolation from the rest of the gym. However, if you werent being trained, you could forget having knowledge on how to properly use the machines and no one ever offered you assistance. Also, I would not recommend retro fitness to anyone due to the fact that they bind you to a yearly contract even when your not able to use their services. I work at least 160 hours in a 2 week period and still have to attend to my home as a single mother and these people want me to pay for a membership that Im not using. Absolutely not! I think thats unfair and pretty desperate. But rest assured they wont get my vote.

They decided for the month of august to go from $19.99 to charge me $29.00 right at the beginning of this month and not the same date its always been. So getting my money back not worth the aggravation of being locked in a contract on top of everything else. Also to note that when my mother and I were signing up they were having a deal and the one employee tried to make us pay full price and said the deal "wasnt in effect" however that got settled fast after another employee did let us know and fixed it for us. Imo go to planet fitness and dont get locked into a contract if you really wanna go to the gym and workout.

Went in for a free trial & depending on the gym, customers service Ill join. Well the guy up front sings me up but never gives me the tour. Never explain anything to me about the cost, hours, nothing. I like the gym but need to see how busy it get on a week day. Kind of small wondering about the space. I could of ask that question but didnt get a tour. I had to find the locker room & i give the gym it self 4* but customer service 1*

I have been a member of retro for way over a year now. I havent had any problems out of this facility, other than the 1 employee who make me a watered down protein shake. But for the most part, the machines are great, everytime I workout its great and the employees are great. I really a big fan of the cardio theater room. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Gym is OK but management is dishonest. They look for ways to cheat you. Sign contract for one year but they charge you for 14 months. One day late on monthly payment and they charge you $19.50. I believe that if you died they would want the family to bring in your dead body before they would let you out of the contract.

Dont sign up for PT.. even tho there gym memebership is month to month. They beg you to sign up for PT and try to tie you into a 2 yrs agreement.. trainers reschedule and cancel your session at the last minute.

Worst gym ever! The atmosphere is terrible, they are liars and thieves. They keep taking money out of my account for services they are not providing. All around horrible gym!

Decent free weights, good cardio equipment, good selection of machines. Smoothie bar ok, I dont buy them. Not open late enough on weekends for me.

Love the Atmosphere and its never really over crowded I dont do crowds well, The smoothies are good and the staff are helpful.
