We had our Beetle repaired by the Britland group in Bridgewater in May 2015. When I picked the car up, they asked me to look it over, and all seemed ok. I left, happy (at the time) with the work they had done. However, since then, Ive found 3 problems with their work. First, I started to hear rattling from the car, which I hadnt heard prior to their repairs. I checked the car, and found that they had drilled NEW holes in my bumper to hang my license plate, instead of using the existing holes, and the plate was loose. I had to go to Open Road VW for another reason, so I had Open Road VW fix this problem. Second, as we got into earlier evenings, and I started to use the headlights, I found that the one headlight they had to touch wasnt completely re-installed. I could push on it and make it move! It was in place, but not completely attached! Now I was unhappy with Britland. I took it to Open Road VW and they completed the installation. And the third thing? Now that its fully dark early, and I can see all the lights that have been designed into the car doors, etc. I realized the light on the passenger-side door wasnt working. Again, I went to Open Road VW. They looked it over and found that the light had never been re-connected. So -- this third issue is what turned me against Britland. They have NO Finesse! The pay NO attention to the IMPORTANT details! I wont be going back to them again, should I need any future repairs.

I will not use Britland Auto body in the future as a result of repeated lies from their staff regarding the repair date of my vehicle. After bringing my vehicle in on February 18th I was told my car would be ready on the following days February 27th March 2nd March 5th March 7th and now March 9th (19 days after I brought it in and 10 days after my 1st pick up date lie) Each time I get a different excuse from being busy, to having trouble removing the bumper, problem with the paint cracking, and the weather (this is the worst one as they only closed for 1/2 a day) Every time they delay my car they cost me money on a rental car and wouldnt even knock a dime off the work they did to my car for all the trouble they cost me. If you think about using Britland then remember my review and my advice would be to have extra money for rental cars As for me I will find someone else who actually does things to show they care about their customers as opposed to simply saying they care.

I contacted Britland because they advertised PDR (paintless dent repair/removal) on their website, and reliable PDR places were few and far between in my searches. I drove to Britland after work to have my damage assessed. The assessor came outside and looked at my car for less than 10 seconds before telling me that PDR wouldnt work, and he then proceeded to print out an $1100 estimate to prep, paint, and blend the entire panel. I felt like I was being sold something I didnt need, so I politely took the estimate and left. A few weeks later I found an actual, reputable, honest PDR guy up north who took care of the dents for a fraction of Britlands estimate. All of the damage on the panel was gone without a trace in two hours. I cant comment on the quality of Britlands work, but their customer service and damage assessors leave much to be desired. I have zero tolerance for dishonest businesses.

So after getting into an accident Britland was my first number to call. They took me in right away and worked with me step by step dealing with insurance and rental companies. Once the work was done I was highly impressed with the turn around rate (even with a snow storm) and the seamless quality of work that was done to my car.... Making it look brand new once again. The friendly customer service via telephone and in person was comforting in a somewhat stressful situation. I would recommend Britland to anyone looking for reliable high quality professional service. My car feels sparkly clean inside and out and brand new again.

I went to Britland Auto Body after a minor car accident really not knowing what to expect. Especially since this was my first car accident. State farm offered me two options: 1) To utilize a service provider through them or 2) Have an agent come assess my damages and give me money accordingly. At the end of the day, I am happy with my choice of utilizing one of their service providers. The customer service was remarkable and they worked around my work schedule. I now have my car back and it is as good as new. Thank you Britland Auto Body!!

Unfortunately I was involved in an accident but FORTUNATELY I decided to work with Britland! Anyone I came in contact with was very friendly and wanted to help. The vehicle was repaired beautifully and returned 4 days earlier than I anticipated. They detailed my vehicle and it came back looking and smelling great! I am super grateful to have such a good experience considering how inconvenient an accident can be. Thank you!!!!!!

Very arrogant. Short with customers and unprofessional. Repair job worth 6k yet they asked me to come back a week later to get an estimate yet the sales person is busy flirting with other employees and chatting. Place used to be better as I had my car fixed there 8 years ago but went down hill since. Stay away and teach these idiots a lesson so they learn how to treat customers and do business again.

After my truck was keyed, I brought it to Britland and could not have been happier with the service! They were very flexible and accommodating with scheduling, and with their status-on-demand I was able to log into my account online and check how everything was going. I would highly recommend Britland for anyone looking for a professional and quality auto repair.

Fast, friendly service. The metal gas cover was out of alignment due to going through the car wash. They fixed it in a matter of minutes. Very pleased with their service! Hopefully I wont need an auto body shop again but if I do, this is where Ill go.

People are super nice, job is getting done in time with excellent quality. I have done minor issues so far (replacing mirror in a car and replacing a bumper front in another car), but I can tell that the place is well organized with a fair price.
