Albert is a gem and a consummate professional. Always treats me with respect and courtesy and I know he gives me a great deal. Unfortunately, I was recently rear-ended in my brand new leased vehicle. He talked me through how to make a claim with the "at fault" drivers insurance co as Ive never made a claim before. The body work? Well done, and I whole-heartedly recommend them. --- Lori-Ann
