I was so happy to discover this place shortly after we moved into the area; the staff is terrific, and they know their cuts. The food has been consistently top-notch, and its worth the schlep on a Saturday if youre looking to drop a chunk of change on several meals worth of food. A cabinet freezer or plenty of room in the fridge is almost a requirement, because whatever you were planning on getting - double it. Youre certainly going to end up with more than you expected!

I put in a rush order for the 4th of July for 40 lbs of baby-back ribs. They packaged the meat for me as I asked, and were very helpful and courteous on the phone. An all around wonderful experience. You may pay a little bit more for meat here versus buying from a supermarket -- but its worth every cent. Amazing quality. Will go back anytime I can.

They did a pig roast for my party this past weekend. It was amazing!! Everyone went crazy for the food and it was completely hassle free. I cant say enough about how wonderful the company was to deal with and the staff for the event was fantastic. My guest are used to great food and they got it. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Have never had anything come out of this place that was short of excellent. I make the 30min drive here, usually on Saturdays, and have ALWAYS left as a happy and satisfied customer.

Helped with a pig roast and it was excellent, i was able to pick up the pig the morning of with all the necessary equipment, I plan to use again soon

They supply great raw dog food at an awesome price. Also have beef necks, chicken backs, and turkey necks which the dogs love.
