My now wife and I chose the Food Architects to help cater our wedding at the Rutgers Gardens and we cannot say enough about how helpful, flexible, and professional they were with handling our wedding. They were extremely helpful with everything involved in setup and take down, and made sure all of our guests were well taken care of. Since we lived in MA we never had a chance to taste the food but everything was phenomenal. The meats were all very moist, well seasoned, and cooked perfectly. They came through for us in a big way- we really wanted to have the event outside and needed to tell them our decision on where to set up for the ceremony by 11am. At that point everything looked ok for having it outside but by 2pm (1 hour before the ceremony) it was raining. I called Sam (who is wonderful to work with) and we were able to move everything under the pavillion. I cannot say enough good things about them or their food, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to find someone for catering their event.

Excellent service, excellent food, excellent experience. We hired Anthony and his crew to cater a memorial event we were having and from the very first conversation we were treated with care and respect and everything we very straight forward. The food at the event was very well received and the staff was incredibly professional. Not only that they went out of their way to be sure that we could focus on what was important to us that day while they took care of all the details. WOW, Never disappointing. Just had the Pan fried Chicken breast with tomato bruschetta and fresh mozeralla and it was so good. Their warm potato salad is like nothing you ever tasted. You have to give it a try. Youll be thanking me.

Ther food is amazing the chicken crispy wraps and there potato salad are unrivalled. Definetly the best around.
