I am a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Flanders NJ and acted as Project Manager for three projects we contracted Anchor Roofing to perform. The first was painting the exterior of our classroom buildings, repairing and re-shingling the entire roof structure (including repairing water damaged areas of the roof) and installing all gutters/downspouts. The second was repairing and re-shingling the roof of the churchs Parish House (built in the late 1800s), repainting the exterior and building a new front porch. The third was repairing the roof of the newly renovated Parish House after major storm damage...a 100+ year old tree fell on the roof which caused major damage. All three projects were handled professionally, completed on schedule and on budget. We would highly recommend Anchor Roofing & Construction (Mario Dugonjic) for any new or rehabilitation work.

Mario did such a wonderful job on my flat roof above my garage. It had been leaking for years and nobody seemed to have the answer as to why. Mario took one look at it and said I know just what to do with this....Low and behold a few short days later, the deck was off the roof and a new rubber roof was installed. He then put back part of the deck using the old materials to help save me on the cost, and we were in business. It has been over a year now and we have no issues when it rains at all. Mario also installed a window off my dining room, and reframed the outside of it with a box so my plants can get the sun that they need. Once again Mario did a fantastic job with this project and I could not be happier with his expert craftsmanship.. Sincerely Pat and John Duckles Netcong, NJ

Anchor Roofing & Construction built a beautiful deck off the back of my house. It is a 375 square foot wood deck and they used a white TREX railing which really makes it look fantastic. I could not be happier with the job they did. It has extended our living space and made our backyard much more usable. The workers showed up on time and were very friendly. They knew what they were doing, and the deck went up faster then I ever could have imagined. The cost was very very reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves and I never had to worry through the whole process. I am thrilled with my new deck and I would highly recommend this contractor.

Mario from Anchor roofing and his crew were absolutely fantastic. They started the job when they said they would start. The estimate provided was accurate and he forewarned us of possible issues that may arise. Some issues did arise that were out of the control of both Anchor Roofing and ourselves. Nonetheless, it was handled with professionalism and attentiveness not found with other contractors. All in all 5 stars is not enough. I would have given more stars if possible. I have known Mario a long time and totally trusted his insight and ability to complete this job to perfection. Not only was the job done on schedule, but on budget too.
