My daughter gave me a facial and provided me with the card for my birthday. When I went to use the card several months later, I still had to pay. Apparently the card is entered into the system as cash and it can get very confusing if you have a credit, points, etc. When I went to pay prior for another service, the front desk told me I had a "credit" on file and used the value of the facial that my daughter gave me. This is the problem that I have, I wished the front desk would of taken the time to explain that the credit for a prior service was the facial that my daughter bought for me that I had not used yet, but they did not. The manager, Amanda called me to explain that "some" people prefer it that way. She was very pleasant over the phone, but "some" people do not prefer it this way. I was extremely disappointed with the outcome and honestly I got the impression that Amanda really could not care less. I have been going to Tranquility since the doors opened up in Hainesport, but I cancelled my services and I will be taking them elsewhere. There are at least a dozen other salons within a 10 mile radius. I will be telling my daughter and neighbors who also go there and ask them to not as well. So sorry, but you definitely need to tell your front desk staff where the money is coming out of for services.

I have been a customer of Tranquility Salon for over 10 years. I mainly see Sharon Wright who is a Diamond Stylist and a great friend. She ALWAYS knows the right style and color that is right for me and is a pleasure to spend time with at each appointment. The students and helpers are also great and each one is always enthusiastic about their training, job, and future at Tranquility Salon. I always make it a point to ask each person when I am having my hair rinsed how they like working there, how school is going etc. I also have utilized other services at Tranquility such as facials, nails, and massages which are also top notch! I always recommended Tranquility Salon to anyone I know.

Michelle D. had been my hair stylist for many years and I have recommended her so many of my friends. Michelle is not only the best stylist and colorist I have ever been to but she is so sweet and caring. I was sick and lost most of my hair( twice through the years) and through it all she never made me uncomfortable, in fact the exact opposite, she made me feel wonderful about myself. Through the years she has styled my family for not only our normal cut and colors but trusted her for doing our childrens weddings, proms and special occasions. You will never find a more genuine talented person and in a beautiful up to date salon.

Sharon is my hair stylist and her work is truly wonderful. I have been her client for 10 years and have been going to Tranquility for 12 years. All the staff is caring and helpful. It is truly a place to be pampered. I have recently started getting pedicures and Alex is wonderful. I feel so pampered. Thanks to Sharon - my crowning glory is well cared for and Sharon has become a great friend. Thanks to Alex my feet always look wonderful. The top and bottom is well cared for - now I have t work on the in between.

Tranquility Salon is one of the best salons in the area. I have been going there for over 20 years to see Suzanne. She is an excellent hair stylist and is exceptionally well trained. Over the years (due to Suzanne occasionally being on leave) I have also used Farrah, Sharon, Sharon, and Alex. Each stylist was excellent and I was well satisfied. I have also used the Salons massage, facial, and nail services, and have had excellent experiences each time.

I had my hair done here a few month ago. I wanted highlights.. well the girl totally messed up my hair. I left very upset. I called the next day and went back and had a different, more experienced girl fix it no charge. I was thankful I didnt get charged but I was so upset with the fact the first girl made my hair so uneven and the highlights were a disaster. Unfortunately I had a bad experience and will not be returning.

This salon is my own personal happy place. Whether I am there for my monthly massage with Que or getting my haircut by Danielle its an excellent experience from beginning to end. The front desk is great in alerting me to staff changes that affect my appointment and if an earlier appointment becomes available. Highly recommend any of their great services!

Tranquility is the best! I have gone to a couple of their stylists over the years and they are all excellent. I always feel relaxed there and everyone is so friendly. I noticed the review below where the person complained about Maria. I know that a Maria has never worked at hainesport as a stylist so Im not sure who she is talking about.

Ive been going here for years and love it. The staff is all so friendly and make you feel at home. Dani cuts my hair, and I love her style. She shaves designs into my hair that are truly amazing. A true artist. I have also had pedicures and massages from Kate and Jaimie who are also fantastic! Definately recommend this place.

Dani did an excellent job fixing my hair color. I went in with super dark brown hair and a few misplaced hi lights and hated it. She did a full head of blonde foils and blended it perfectly with the brown. She also fixed my face frame cut...soooo much better! Finally have a salon to go to in my new town.

Danielle is my stylist! She is awesome! I have been going to Tranquility for 2 years now and I love it. The atmosphere is wonderful. Everyone is very kind and helpful. If I need to change my appointment last minute, they go out if their way to accommodate my schedule. I cant imagine going anywhere else!

Love this place I have Katie I. as my hairstylist for the past few years. She knows exactly what I want to do. Loraine has been doing my eyebrows for 5 plus years. If she isnt booked try a wax or facial with her she is amazing. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful
