I had a very bad experience with ulta here. one of the staff members was very rude to me and snapped the door on me while I was still talking to her. This is what happened. I bought a product which was 11$ worth and I had a coupon for3.50$ off on 10$ purchase. But the lady at the cash counter said it has expired. So I paid in cash. As it was closing time i had to rush out. But I found out that the coupom is valid until the 12th of Aug. So I went back in and just wanted to ask them to check if the coupon works. But the lady who opened the door was so rude that she did not even listen to me and snapped the door on my face. She couldve said that theyre closing in a polite manner. But she did not. Please do not have such people at your place. I love ulta but because of such an experience I am never going to visit your store.

This is the closest Ulta to me. But I dont like the customer service attention here at all. Instead of them looking to assist you. Either they are no where to be found. Or they are following you because they think your trying to steal something. Ive been shopping here for years and they know me by now. Still I get followed and Ive never not once stolen anything in my life. I do like to browse and look and read things and often even go on my cell phone to check out reviews on a product. Im unfamiliar with but yet interested in. Before I drop the money on buying the product. I hate buying things only to run back and return it. But like I said if the employees where more approachable, knowledgeable about the products they sell I wouldnt have to do that.

I walked in and was able to get a makeup consultation right away. Shawna listened to what I was hoping to accomplish, recommended the best products for my sensitive skin, and did an amazing makeup application! I was shocked with what the right makeup can do - I looked like a new woman! She was so personable, knowledgeable, and took her time explaining how to apply. She even worked with me on determining what products were essential to fit within my budget. Thank you SO much, Shawna!!

The girls who work here are always rude but I mean its retail. Has a ton of drug store and high end makeup and usually you can get atleast a 3.50 coupon off your purchase. Like the layout, split down the middle. If I walk in with a drug store budget, then Im not stuck looking price tag first before I look at an actual product, I can just go to the entire left side of store.

Amazing salon ZAK is the best his work is impeccable!!! I have never been one to stick to one set person in my life I started going to him last march and I will never see anyone else again. Does not just style your hair and gives you the boot he is soooo personable and funny. Everytime I leave there my hair is beautiful and I always get soooo many compliments.

Best prices for the makeup enthusiast. Where you can find high-end beauty products along with drugstore brands. Its the one-stop-shop for beauty. The staff is nice. Although, if you schedule a consult with a makeup artist be sure they are an expert. I have seen quite a few employees that I know more about applying makeup than they do.

Amazing amazing amazing. I have been getting facials here for a few months now - Paige is absolutely amazing. Since I have been going I have had less break outs and less dry skin. Also, got my hair done by Zak who did an incredible job. Salon prices very reasonable.

Clean store but the make up staff is hired but the make up company so if you want help with one brand and that day there isnt someone there for that brand no one usually helps. Thats my only real complaint
