I experienced the same - closing time I checked online and called them what time do you close, and found out 8:30 PM. I reached by 8:00 PM they told to be closed. It happened twice and I never dared to take chance for thrid time. Also, employees working there keepp talking loud in Gujarati and laughing it made me feel if they are laughing at me in a code language. They are good people but need to be professional to understand what customers may think. Beucase they dont have a male employee all the days, if one visits them when male employees not there, a male customer will be treated like an untouchable. I mean it. That too if a non Hindi speaking or dark skin male visits them, only god should them. I thought dark skin Indians faced racisim in India only unfortunately in USA too. They should take it sericuosly to improve the impressions.

I love this place!!!!!!!, everyone is very friendly and very nice, best Indian Parlor in NJ , I do my eyebrow every week , FACIAL and haircut too. I LOVE their Herbal facial. I have got many friends (Americans and Indians ) with me for facial and every one loves them. Their weekdays price for FACIAL is cheaper than in weekends so I try to take advantage when every I can. They do nice message on your face and back and let you relax and sleep with nice chill eye patch... ahhhhh LOVE ITT!!!!!!!!!! Overall I love this place and I recommend this to every one . I agree PAYAL in OakTree road is no match to the PAYAL In Route 27, this is best Indian Parlor I been in NJ. Thanks guys for making me look beautiful every week !!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a very frustrating experience here when I went for Shahnaz Gold facial.This lady,her name is Bini is very over confident and does things in her own way.I had already mentioned to her that my skin is very sensitive and I only want to do Shahnaz Gold.She used some different face pack which was not Shahnaz Gold.I could easily make it out because I could smell it and I checked it out in the mirror.She didnt do proper massage also.When I asked her at the end of the facial about the neck and back massage which is part of the 65$ facial,she said she can do it now.Also she lied to me saying that Shahnaz has changed their Gold facial pack.Im going to report this to their management.Over all experience is very bad here.

HORRIBLE SKILLS & RUDE SERVICE. I took my middle school son for haircut.The Guy can not understand English and Hindi. My son grew hair for 3 months and wants to keep it long.he wanted a liitle trim. He explained and I explained. The guy nodded and made it short.When I explained it at the desk the lady was very RUDE . the people are with HORRIBLE SKILLS and RUDE.Who knows whether the workers are working legally or ILLEGALLY. Almost 50 students who are my sons classmates and friends yelled / scolded him for the HORRIBLE HAIR CUT. One can understand how a teenage kid will feel after listening to all these remarks by his friends.

Pathetic service and no privacy for women!! I went for a facial.. was not great. I had to wash off the creme which got into my eyes and asked if I could wash it off with water. I was told I could use the restroom, which I did wearing the skimpy disposable tunic provided as a change for facial. As I came out of the restroom cleaning off the face creme of my eyes.. I saw a male employee outside the door!! This was just too embarrassing... can someone tell the folks to be sensitive about peoples privacy!!! I dont think I am going there again.. complete waste of money and humiliation!!!

These guys says that they are open till 8:30 PM, we went there at 8:05 and we got a very unfriendly response. The told us they are close and when we told them that closing time is 8:30 they replied its our choice. There was a lady who was not even care that she is getting customers. She was reading some Bullshit magazine. Very disappointed whit this guys. First this , change your time on your store and online. Closing time 8:30 means the last customer you can get at 815 or 8:20 not 8:05.

NEVER GO TO THIS SALON FOR MANI/PEDICURE.!!!!!!!! they dont have professionals for the same... I came back so dissatisfied... I was telling the girl what & how to do.... I feel as if I wasted $25 :( Sucks !!!! The salon is definately good for threading & I have not tried anything else at this parlour... but I DO NOT recommend it for mani/pedicure.I would rather go to some nail care salon for it now.

THE WORST EVER.....NEVER HAD SUCH AN EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST....THE LADY SPOILED MY COAT WITH MOLTEN WAX AND DID NOT HAVE THE MINIMAL DENCENCY TO SAY SORRY....AND SHE WAS MORE INTERESTED IN LAUGHING WITH HER FELLOW MATES THAN TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS FOR WHICH SHE IS BEING PAID FOR.....( THE LONG THIN BUILT WITH A FACE FULL OF PIMPLES...)...appearence sort of suits her!!!

Well, Ive only had my eyebrows threaded here, but they always do a really good job! You cant beat their prices ($5 for threading! Used to be $3, but still cheap!) and they are always very friendly to me. Sometimes there is a slight language barrier, but they always get the job done for me.
