Thought this place was wonderful until the day of my WEDDING! Prior to my wedding I had dropped over $700.00 dollars there with pedicures and manicures, which my manicure was done horribly! Beth on the other hand was wonderful to my sister and mother, but my manicurist seemed to not be enjoying what she was doing and in a rush during my pedicure to leave and didnt even say goodbye! The day of the wedding was horrible, we arrived and once again I had asked Natalie (the wedding advisor) if it was ok if my friend who was NOT a professional make up artist come and do my make up and she agreed yes with no additional charge. Well...the whole time my friend was there doing my makeup all the chatty girls would come over and look at us and walk away into their center hideway in the middle of the salon to gossip and come back out and look at us! The advised my friend that she needed to move her location, she did...however at the end of getting my hair done (which become flat once again after telling them about it...one hour after it was done) I was confronted by Natalie about how she had to charge me $30.00 for the service of my friend doing my makeup. I was not informed of this prior to that moment and one hour before I was going to be walking down the aisle. She insisted that she was charging me and my friend had to get involved. Not exactly what you would want an hour before getting married...and Natalie was all about talking about this in front of other customers. I hope everyone reads this and NEVER GOES THERE! I will be spreading the word...also I had an two appointments to spend over a $1000.00 in the future but cancelled because of how rude they were. This place is rude and very very unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want to spend a crazy amount of money and not get good service go to Zanyas...otherwise be smart and dont waste your time! Esp. if you are a BRIDE....be smart and dont do it...spend your money elsewhere!

Yesterday was my first visit to Zanya. I am on vacation, and visiting from Massachusetts for the weekend. I had been driving in a car all day and felt gross, and wanted to look pretty for later in the evening. I was with my friend in New Hope, telling her of my predicament, and she told me she had driven by a really cool looking salon, and that I should go there and just get a wash and blow-dry. So we call Zanya, and they were able to fit me in two hours later, at the exact time I asked for! When I arrived, I could not believe how cool and cute the place looked. It is an Aveda salon, so of course Aveda products lined the walls, but they also had jewelry, a little rack of clothing, and hair styling tools. The woman who washed my hair was adorable. She gave me a complimentary scalp massage before washing- yay! I mentioned to her that I was feeling a bit nasty from being in the car all day, and asked if there was somewhere I could wash and redo my makeup. She told me she would take me down to the spa at the end of my visit. After my massage/wash, I met Jenna, who was going to do my blow-out. She was awesome!!! It was the most “thorough” blow-out I have ever had- my hair looked amazing at the end. I asked her if she had time to do a quick bang re-shaping; she did, and they look awesome. Exactly what I wanted. At the end, as promised, I was taken down to the spa to freshen up. I was given two different samples of face wash to try!! Then I went to the front desk to check out, purchased one of the brushes Jenna had used on me, and was given a free gift and a coupon for my next visit in an adorable brown paper bag with tissue paper and ribbon! This place completely went ABOVE and BEYOND, like no other place I have ever been. Very, very pleased, and very sad I don’t live here. I’m 100% going to try to come back the next time I visit my friend.

Very disappointed after booking the Deep Nourishing Wrap with 30 minute add on massage. Alex did a nice job with the exfoliation and wrap and then says OK you are all done. I mentioned that I also booked the 30 minute massage and she tells me that with that service you only get a short back and foot massage. I get up and look at the clock, she started at 2:15 and when she was done it was just after 3:30, certainly not the 90 minutes I paid for. I go into the relaxation room to wait for the girlfriend I was with who also booked a wrap and 30 minute massage. I sat for over 20 minutes and when she came out it was very obvious she had an amazing massage including her scalp and face! Alex flat out lied to me and didnt do what she was supposed to do. I was so looking forward to the relaxing massage and what I got was aggravation. When we went upstairs to pay they tried to charge full price for the massage. When we booked these services we specifically asked if the massage was included in the 50% off promotion and was told yes. If you look at the website there is nothing stating that the massage is not included with the promotion, thank god my friend had jotted down notes when she called to book the appointments and had the name of the person she spoke to who assured her that the wrap and massage would be 50% off. So much for a relaxing afternoon at the spa. I was not charged for the massage I didnt get but I left there feeling cheated and very upset that the therapist lied to me and had no problem doing it. We would have loved to have planned another trip to the spa but not after this experience.

I visited Zanyas 2 times last week for a cut and color. I wanted to come on and post a review about my complete satisfaction, and read some really horrible reviews that are just completly outrageous! I have been a client for over 4 years now. Anytime I go to zanyas I feel like a queen. I am pampered, offered freshly made tea, coffee, you name it! The stylists and technicians always make you feel comfortable and always try to relate to you and what you want. My entire wedding party spent the day there and every girl left looking like a movie star! I remember one time, I was not keen on the color I chose (not stylist fault my inability to make a decision). I called up and the colorist had me come back in, she fixed it perfectly to my liking and blew it out all for free! She can only do what she is asked. She thanked me for coming back in because she wanted me to be happy! I have never disliked my services or service providers. My best friend, and family are all clients because they love Zanyas as much as I do. Zanya herself is amazing, friendly and a true artist, as are her employees. The manager of Zanyas is always going out of her way to accomodate clients and bring new fresh ideas to the table! It is a shame and quite cowardly that people post poor reviews about the salon, yet they cannot say it to zanya herself. To me all those poor reviews are completly and utterly meaningless with no signature!!! DONT WORRY LADIES AND GENTS OF ZANYAS YOU ROCK AND ALWAYS WILL ROCK!
