We had a good experience at the salon as a family. Extremely nice and friendly staff. My wife, our son and I went there based on the reviews. As nice as the hairdresser was, the cuts were a mess. The back of my wifes haircut looks like someone carved it with an axe, very uneven on the sides, one side of the head shorter than the other. I have "bushes" all over my sides and back. As far as our son goes.. Cant complain. It was his first time and we expected it way worse than it came out. All that said, I have to give credit to the hairdresser that did all three of us. If im not mistaken, her name was Nicole. She was very professional with the kid. It seems to me , the problem was that she was rushing through it way more than she had to. Overall 4 stars for the atmosphere. 3 at best for the cuts.

I went with a Groupon which was for a cut, full highlights, conditioning treatment and blow out. Paid another 55.00 on top of groupon of 95.00 to have roots done since was not included in package. Really? Cut was mediocre at best and color with highlights absolutely NOT what I wanted. Then I pay and realize I was sold hand cream I said I liked when a women gave me a "complimentary" hand massage. I waited a few days hoping i would get used to the color. I did not. Even though i made an appointment for a redo i ended up coloring my hair myself. I was not wastring another entire day there and having to spend another 120.00 in tips and product i didnt want or ask for. DO NOT RECOMMEND. By the way they claim to have big city quality... they dont

Ive been a happy client of Salon Di Panache since they opened! Patty, the owner, has established a salon/spa with the perfect mix of professionalism and family-like feel! Michele, my hair stylist, listens and really cares about creating exactly what I want. (She also listens and cares about me as a person, as i do of her!) Also- comfort is always important. They offer beverages and snacks throughout your visit AND they offer complimentary hand massages too! Remember, you get what you pay for, and theyre worth every penny!

I had an appointment here for a "free" bridal hair consultation. Tina, the wedding coordinator was 15 minutes late and started the meeting in the waiting area. Not once did Tina ask me what I had wanted for my hair style. She immediately started talking numbers. They were overpriced and did nothing to prove that they were worth the money. If it was going to be a free hair consultation they should have focused on what I had wanted done with my hair and not go straight to having me sign a contract.

I had a fabulous experience here. I just got a haircut but I felt like I spent the day at the spa. Theyre amazing and what a salon SHOULD feel like. I hate the sterile feeling places. This place is warm and cozy and so are the people. I wish I could afford to go here every week! Anyway, they ARE quite pricey, but when I can, I WILL spend the money because its worth it.

Horrible experience. Sat in the chair for 3 hours, not once was i offered a beverage. I asked for a full head of foils and i got a full head of babylights which on thick, brown, curly hair looks like grays! All for the low price of $230. Never again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
