Started out okay with owner giving attention but not overly enthusiastic. I brought my daugher and each visit showed less knowledge. I called after my second visit and left a message about the color job not being right and never got a call back. Thought Id give her another chance. Sorry I recommended my daughter. We both had very bad experience at last visit. My daughters highlights left very firzzy ends that had to be cut off and my cut is horrible - even to the point that others notice and ask "what the heck happened to your hair?" Owner is so-call master stylist - that is not shown in her work. Prices are okay but I had to pay extra because she used a styling product (finishing prodcut on my hair) - never had to do that anywhere Ive been! Will never go back and certainly cant recommend this salon. Oh well, live and learn and I found a salon that was able to fix the mess she made of my hair!

I have been going to this salon for years, theyre great...especially the stylist, Rose. Ive had my hair cut and colored by some of the best in Dallas, TX and Ill tell you, Rose has done an exceedingly fabulous job, better than the expensive salon in Dallas. 5 stars for Rose and Creations!

I had a very bad experience with this salon. I would not expect a professional business to treat a client with such disrespect. Then tell me they cannot talk to me because they were told not too. I have never heard something so ridiculous having been a client here for many years.

Hmmm i thought i saw some better reviews before i went there...i got trim and color,,,i told them my hair tends to go red,,,yet they chose a color that did leave my hair slightly reddish.. not impressed at all with the cut
