I have been working with Salon Elite for the hair for my wedding and they have been outstanding with getting back to me and answering all my questions. Even when we had to cancel some bridesmaids hair appointments and then add them back on last minute, they were more than accommodating! We are so excited to work with them on the big day, theyve made it so easy and the staff has been so friendly to me!

I called several times for a week trying to schedule an appointment for my wedding, and they never returned or emails. When I finally managed to talk to someone, they told me they were not taking appointment anymore, which apparently the "new receptionist" wasnt aware of. Yeah, ok! Extremely unprofessional if you want my opinion. Ive never seen such incompetency in my life.

I have found Salon Elite very accommodating to all my needs...from haircuts to coloring to nails. My husband is now going there for his haircuts. Relaxed atmosphere...and great people to take care of you...I highly recommend Salon Elite.
