I when there with my brother and wife and I dont know nothing about hair style but you CAN TELL thats not the way a hair looks like after being under a professional hair stylist care ...and after they place a complaint they said they couldnt not do nothing about it because they cant reach the manager or for them to fix the hair they need to charge extra 20 us dollar when my brother pay 200us on front not good ...

The worst service Ive ever seen, they damaged my wifes hair and charged $ 192, As she wanted it and how they left it. See picture (Oxford Valley Mall) Store. 03847, she never come back. OMG, I want a refund.
