GREAT Work. HORRIBLE customer service... Very few shops locally can even come close to the quality of work these guys do, but just make sure you have an in with someone there to expect anything resembling decent treatment. I had my car in on recommendations a couple times - they drafted an estimate for a previous accident that insurance didnt agree with, so I didnt end up getting the work done. Maybe that was held against me, because a couple months ago I banged my car up on a road hazard and brought it in unscheduled. I was told since I didnt schedule it they probably couldnt get to it until the end of the week - I then gave all the insurance contact info to them so they could get what other info they needed. 3 WEEKS LATER no one had bothered to reach out to me, and I found out the car was simply sitting in the back of their yard, untouched except for having been moved a couple times. I did not mind the delay since I wasnt able to schedule, but if you tell someone by the end of the week it is common courtesy to give a heads up if you still wont look at it for an extra fortnight beyond that. Maybe reputation of work is good enough to allow for such lousy customer service. I admit my fault in not scheduling, but again if you couldnt get to it in 3 weeks that kind of info needs to get back to the customer. Oh - I also havent recd my spare keys back after the check to put the car on the lift cleared 3.5 weeks ago. I even added extra money to cover postage back so I wouldnt have to set foot in the shop. I was and am still livid with the amount of disrespect I was shown. At that point I simply walked in and took my car back. I was done with the lack of decency from these guys. All that said, they really do do quality work, so if you dont mind an inability to distinguish days from weeks youre good to go!

Ive used K&H twice in the past year and I highly recommend their services. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. I dealt with both Rocco and John, who were a pleasure to work with. Their quality of work was extremely high, and you could tell they were passionate about what they do for a living. And I dig working with people that fit into that category. In a nutshell, I hated that my cars needed to be fixed, but I thoroughly enjoyed working with Rocco, John, and everyone else at K&H. I hope I dont need the help of a collision center in the future, but if I do, itll be K&H. :)

A+++ for service. We stopped there on reco from the MB dealer down the street. A w/end accident dented the hood & the "open hood" warning was on throughout. And a drive back to NH needed to happen. K&H received us very quickly, advised us & did a quick fix (with a bunch of warnings about safety, etc) to disable the warning (&the noise) and get us on our way. And no payment was accepted, except to stay safe on our drive back to NH. Super people. Quick. Efficient. Great Customer Experience. Thank you.
