DO NOT GO HERE! I brought a jump suit in to have hemmed and taken in at the shoulders. First, They called because the pin for the length fell out and they didnt know how much to hem, and of course I didnt know because they pinned it in the store. Second, the back of the jump suit was criss-crossed at the back. When I got it back, they had UN-criss crossed the back and It was unwearable. When I brought it back, I found out that they outsource the alterations, so the person that is pinning the garment on you is not the person sewing it. When I explained the issue they were apologetic, and said they would fix and refund my 32 dollars. When I came back to pick up, I tried it on and it was fixed, but NOT wearable because of the multiple take-ins, the angles at the arms and length at the torso no longer works. So I said I need the refund like you previously told me and the woman said no we fixed it. I explained that it does not fit correctly and the woman got very mad. I said this is terrible business and Im never coming back and the woman yelled at me and said good, leave. The man offered to call his boss and see what he could do for a refund, which is ridiculous since they already offered to refund me fully. As I continued to explain the issue the woman came over and pretty much threw 20 dollars at me and told me never to come back. I had paid 32 dollars for them to ruin the jump suit, and I dont think they understood the worst part is that they really thought they were in the right. Terrible business practices there. They will ruin your clothes and not care.

Ive used AAA cleaners off and on for 2 yrs and I realize they are good for folding your clothes but thats it. I ALWAYS get back one bleached or bleeding item. Never pick up clothes or return them at the times provided and dont use enough of bleach and detergent to really clean the clothes. You have to do big sniff tests when you get your clothes back because youre just not quite sure if your clothes were washed. They explained that they use very little detergent (because they are being cheap) and will use more if told. If i tell you once I shouldnt have to type repeated notes in my laundry bags on how to wash my clothes appropriately. While the ppl are very nice its not worth it. If you do use them do not give them your darks and whites to do on the same day. They will give you back light blue or colored socks. etc.

The absolute worst tailor Ive ever been to. Requested darts for a dress shirt and to be brought in a bit - literally sewed two straight lines on each side of the shirt where the chest is way to small and the back puffs out (no darts). Ive never had my clothes cleaned here so I cannot comment on that, but never bring anything to get tailored. They pin you, yes yes, ok ok you, then send your shirt to someone who has never seen your body to sew it. Really disappointed that they ruined a nice shirt of mine. Hoping this review saves someone else from what I experienced.

I thought I liked their service the first time, but they immediately proved me wrong the second time. I was returned shirts with colors that werent as strong, buttons were missing, and one of my shirts had a tear so bad that the entire sleeve was basically half off. Awful enough there, but it continued. I tried to call to rectify the issue and someone picked up the phone and put it down to the side. I tried to call a few times more and it was busy since someone left the phone to the side. It was like that until I decided to visit the store. Never returning.

Ive been going here for around 4 years; theyre always extremely helpful, even with very last minute items. My clothing is always clean and the tailoring perfect. On the very rare occasion that a spot doesnt come out, theyve always cleaned it again at no charge to me. I highly recommend them!

AAA goes above and beyond. Needed a suit and shirt cleaned within 6 hours of closing, giving them no prior notice. They had it done well before the end of the day. Would definitely recommend.
