the dry cleaners is very disorganized and unprofessional. I brought my clothing with a weeks notice confirming it would be ready by a certain day, letting them know I needed it for an upcoming trip. On the day of pick up it was not ready. I wound up going 3 days after and the clothes was still not ready. My white dress looked a bit yellow. It did not look dry cleaned. They also lost some of my clothes and refused to even give me a discount. I went two weeks after my trip to see if they found my dress and they hadnt even looked for it. I spoke with the wife, husband and daughter about the clothing each said they were unaware of what the other did. I do not recommend anyone use this business. Theyre very unreliable. -------- Este negócio es irresponsable con la ropa. No tienen la ropa a tiempo. Dicen que vengan un día para recoger y luego no están listo. El esposo, esposa y hija no se comunican. Cada cual hace algo sin que el otro sepa y luego no asumen responsabilidad por sus servicios. Me devolvieron una pieza sin plancha y no se veía limpia como debía pero cobraron. Perdieron una blusa por completo y tuvieron tarde una semana con el resto de la otra ropa y me dieron solo $3 de descuento. No me pagaron la blusa perdida solo me dijeron que esas cosas pasas y que tengo que ser justo con ellos. No vieron el punto de vista del cliente y pagar o dar un descuento mayor de $3. Mande un traje blanco y cuando llego para tras se veía un poco amarillo. No recomiendo que lleven su ropa para este negocio.

For a small place in Sunset Park they are OVERPRICED. They charged me $60 to hem a dress! When I brought the dress home it was uneven. The back was short and the SIDES WERE DRAGGING on the floor! They DID NOT IRON the dress! They work FAST but SLOPPY.

Rivera and his wife are very attentive about the clothes that they take in. The Tailoring and alterations that they have done on my clothes have been unmatched, especially in Sunset Park.
