1st Choice was our WORST Choice! We contracted with them to install new heating and air conditioning. They walked out of the job because they couldnt work with other contractors that were on site. They never informed us that they need to have exclusive access to the house and they couldnt work with others. We tried to resolve our issues but 1st Choice was not willing to work things out. Dont believe there 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! It doesnt exist! The main reason for selecting them was this guarantee...who knew they would change it in the middle of our project? Very deceptive. DO NOT choose 1st Choice. Make them your LAST choice because they will be your WORST Choice. When we first contracted with “Last” choice in March they had a 100% Guarantee on their website which stated that “If you aren’t 100% satisfied…we’ll make it right or RETURN EVERY DIME OF YOUR MONEY. NO FINE PRINT AND NO GIMMICKS.” Since our disagreement with “Last” Choice occurred I have come to find out that all they have is FINE PRINT and GIMMICKS. THIS IS FRAUD! What happened to the “NO FINE PRINT and NO GIMMICKS”? We come to find out that “WORST” choice is all about fine print and gimmicks. Do not give them a dime because they will do nothing for and not give it back. I am 100% DISSATISFIED with their work and they have REFUSED to give me a full 100% refund. What happened to “RETURNING EVERY DIME OF YOUR MONEY”? Conveniently “Last” Choice has since changed their website and revised their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

You never think about your heat/ac until the day it doesnt work, but then you should call 1st Choice immediately. The morning I had a furnace that would kick on and then right off, Chris, the owner, was at my place within hours. He diagnosed the problem, explained it clearly to me, and scheduled a replacement as soon as possible. 1st Choices guys were professional and cared about getting things right; they put things down to protect my floors, and even put all my tools and things back in the storage closet where the furnace is. I highly recommend them; in fact, I gave their card to my condo association manager, and he says others have liked 1st Choice, too. I also suggest you think about having 1st Choice maintain your heat/ac so you will be less likely to have that day of "oh no!" I wonder if the previous reviewer was reviewing the right company. Unfortunately, there is a "First Choice" which may have been who they were reviewing; this company is "1st Choice." I cant see Gabe & Chris doing any of the things outlined in that review.

The recommendation of 1st Choice HVAC, from another contractor, was the best ever! Chris and Gabe, the owners, are very knowledgeable about their products, courteous, professional and personable. Chris made suggestions as to what was needed for our house but never pushed a particular product. Our new HVAC unit was installed in a timely fashion and the workmanship was of the highest quality, performed by Chris and his crew. When we called with questions there was always a quick response with the correct information. This company is very fair and is here to please the consumer. We are extremely satisfied with 1st Choice Heating and Air Conditioning and highly recommend them.

Replacing an air conditioner is a daunting experience.Certainly not something one does regularly ,so reviewing my experience with 1st Choice was important to me so I could share it with the community,a sort of pay it forward for the service I received. From the initial phone call to set up an appointment for an estimate until the final cleanup, there was a sense of passion for excellence in his work and service to his customers.I am completely satisfied with the entire experience and grateful to Chris and Gabe for their professionalism.

Weve been using 1st choice for our commercial property since we opened about a year and a half ago and would never use anyone else. Not only of their quality of service impeccable but they happen to be great people! If theres ever an issue they are right on top of it (although there arent really any issues because we use them for a maintenance contract also!!) Highly recommend!!
