Checked in online to save time. States online check ins go before walkins. Appointment scheduled for 530 and when i got there i was told i had to wait because everyone ahead of me had to go despite the fact that they were walk ins and 2 of them were colorings. So i was told despite my online checkin for a specific time that i still had to wait at least an hour. Never again.
