Warning!!!! My first visit approx 2 months ago was fine. I was charged exactly what I asked for, a simple cut and blow dry 19.00 My second visit (today) TERRIBLE I asked for the same thing but was charged 49.00. Of course I questioned it. Someone there charged wrong, but a 30.00 difference was A HUGE difference. The customer service in this circumstance was extremely poor. They didnt even offer to meet me in the middle on the price. As a matter of fact one of the ladies who also cut hair there went out of her way to try and make me feel like I was at fault. When in fact it was their own staff that was in the wrong. No resolution was offered. Apparently they dont believe in customer satisfaction. Watch out folks!!!

Absolutely the worst haircut Ive ever gotten, I asked for a three on the sides and short on top, instead it looks like my head was put through a lawnmower. Yes this place is cheap but its not worth it. I cant even describe how bad it is. Yes the staff is nice, but I dont go to Supercuts to catch up with my favorite barber, I go to get a nice cut, sadly I was mistaken, thinking I could get that here. I dont feel bad writing this review because I swear Im never coming back to this place again.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go there!!! Worst haircut Ive ever had. People are nice but obviously not trained, or at least not for mens haircuts. Theyll cut your hair in 5 mins and do wherever they want no matter what you ask for.

The receptionist is clueless and rude. I checked in online and when I showed it they made me wait until walk ins were taken care of. The receptionists response was "I am not the boss. I know nothing about online check in".

The manager marlin hires hairdressers without a valid license to cut hair. Ale an employee does not have a valid license to cut hair.
