Haircuts was fine. The place smelled like cigarette smoke and the person who cut hair also smelt of cigarette smoke. The stylists should not be permitted to smoke while working and the campus where the shop is located should be designated as smoke free. Its the service industry and very competitive. Not smoking during your shift should be part of the package. Experience was not good because of the heavy smoker smell both on the stylist and in the shop (the doors were propped open and employees were outside smoking in the front of the store).

The wait was short and the stylist, Maddie, was very helpful. I was aiming for a particular haircut that I never received before, but was unsure if I had the right length and frame of face to pull off the look. Maddie [forgive me if I misspelt her name] explained to me the requirements for the look and how long it would take for me to achieve it, but she provided a cut to help promote growth and fashioned a hairstyle that marks the beginnings of the desired haircut. Many thanks for the help and patience in explaining everything!

I had to cut my own hair off and was left with extremely short hair in the back and long sides and top. Decided to get it professionally fixed. Well I called and made an appointment with Emily. When I got there I was greeted with a smile. I left there 100% happy! Thank you Emily for making my mess into a masterpiece. The store was very clean. No wait. Very professional. I hhighly recommend this shop. I will definitely be going back.

Terrible and nightmare of an event... I went there for my first time hoping to get a good vibe and being a permanent customer.. I get my haircut and it was horrible the stylist if you may by the name of Renea cut my hair not only did she not evenly cut my hair but completely botched it! I will never and I repeat ever! Go to that location nor give my money to Supercuts! Horrible!

Horrible place to go for haircut. Concetta is really a bad hair stylist. She spoiled by haircut badly. I dont know why Supercuts is hiring such a horrible hairstylists who doesnt know their job. I plan to send a formal complaint to Supercuts with picture of my hair. Very disappointed and disgusted. Highly avoidable place .., stay away thousand miles from this place.

Feels racist behavior this time. All before and after me were called and kept me waiting even though my name was showing next on screen. When I asked got rude reply we are not ready yet and waited for white man talking on phone outside.hair Cut was very bad long hair left even though size was 2 no hot towel asked, you done go. Look like racist against Asian/Indian.
