Payal salon on HWY 27 in Somerset or Parsippany have good staff. But DO NOT go to this place! Staff do not know how to deliver service or treat a customer well. I went in for hair color at 7 PM and confirmed twice that they had enough time to complete my hair color. They said YES!! But my service was rushed and the staff did not let the lady that colored and washed my hair even dry my hair completely, forget blow drying it. They were rude and did not allow her to finish gracefully. All they cared about was to close and leave at 8 PM sharp. They couldve just let me know to come back another day if they were in a rush and I wouldve happily obliged. The hair color turned out fine but the staff was unbelievably rude! I am never going back.

Very very rude staff, extremely disappointed in their inflexibility. I wanted to get my nose pierced, but it seems like they only do things when it suits them, which is terrible customer service. Im thoroughly disappointed.

Wish I should have read the reviews before going in there today. Worst eyebrows experience ever. she completely ruined my eyebrows and it was painful and torture. Save yourself by not going in there.

Worst place. My wife came back with bleeding bruises and cuts after getting eye brow and upper lip threading. The worst part is they are not even sorry for what happened. Stay away from this place.
