Did not inform me that my shirts needed to be iron instead of pressed. Told me it was the only way, other cleaners have never mentioned this to me before. Because they "had to iron" my bill was doubled. Daughter did not inform me of these prices when I asked her. Plenty of places near by that are cheaper and do the same quality job.
