They not only did a horrible job on my lab coats but when I asked them to redo them I was told no and they refused to refund my money. The worst was that I spoke to the owner and he actually told me that since his prices are so low that he could never afford to redo items or he would go out of business. He redid my coats but they were not any better and to top it off both of my lab coats had the identical slits cut into the back of the jackets when I got them back the second time. They not only are a terrible dry cleaners they will vandalize your garments if you dare complain about the quality! Do NOT got here ever! Better business bureau will be hearing from me

If there was a competition for the worst dry cleaners in Hamilton, they would be the uncontested champions. They somehow managed to lose the pants to my suit, two hours before I had to go to a wedding, and were rude and showed no empathy. They made a half-hearted attempt to look around for the pants for a minute or two, and then told me that I never brought the pants in--even though in their system it showed that I dropped off both the jacket and pants. If you are looking for a good, dependable dry cleaners, try anywhere else in town.

The other reviews are right...Silver Hanger Cleaners is terrible. My wife dropped off 7 of my dress shirts there after recently moving to the area and not knowing where else to go. When we picked them up, 2 of the shirts had starch burns and all of them had terrible wrinkles around the cuffs and collars. I took the 2 with starch all over them to another local cleaner and they offered to fix the poor work for free, stating that they get a ton of business from upset customers who tried Silver Hanger Cleaners. Stay away!

Do NOT go to Silver Hanger in Hamilton. They lost my husbands new dress slacks and would never call me back or do anything about it. After one month of me going in and calling about it, they finally told me all they could give me was $20 regardless of the brand of pants they were and how expensive they were in the first place. They were unfriendly, rude, and have a very unsatisfied, former customer in me.
