I was not happy with how they tailored one pair of pants. I brought three of the same brand, style and size (their suggestion) and had them tailor the waist on all 3. One pair did not fit right after the first attempt, so they tightened. When they tightened, they were too tight. They blamed me, saying that I gained weight and told me they arent going to work with me anymore. 1. They got 2 of 3 pairs correct; so I am not sure why they had such a hard time fixing the last pair 2. I am in great shape and my weight fluctuates by 2-3 pounds on a daily basis (water weight) 3. I am the customer who gave them a lot of business and paid high prices for their work. The even destroyed a pair of pants earlier in the year and I didnt even mention it to them. The owner, Frank, screamed at me, slammed his hands on the counter and claimed I gave his sister attitude when he wasnt there. He was in my face and I was scared for my safety. He is clearly unstable and does not know how act professional with an unsatisfied customer. Regardless if he was frustrated with me, I did not deserve his aggression and inconsideration. I would not recommend anyone to take their business to Giorgios.

Have been coming here for sometime but my most recent experience left me without ever recommending or using their services. I had an incident in my place that resulted most of my wardrobe needed to be dry cleaned due to a water leak. Dropped my clothes trusting this establishment and dropped off 48 shirts. This is where it gets bad. They somehow managed to lose 24 shirts. The lady that help me was nice but the manager was not very helpful or willing to rectify this. In the end Im out of 24 shirts which owner not willing to rectify issue and denying the shirts lost that are clearly on the ticket. Look elsewhere if you want a reputable dry cleaner. They dont even do their own shirts they hand them off to a 3rd party.

In a world where customer service and going above and beyond are often hard to come by, Giorgios Dry Cleaning is a diamond in the rough. I was in a bind after another dry cleaner botched a simple seat seam on one pair of pants and simply didnt address a stitching on a second pair. I was leaving for a work trip 24 hours later and needed both suits. The original dry cleaner could have cared less about fixing their mistake and another dry cleaner couldnt get my clothes back for 3-4 days. When I called Giorgio to explain my situation he simply replied with "bring em down and I will see if I can address them today and get them back to you tonight" He went above and beyond and had me on my way in no time.

This was the worst dry cleaner/tailor experience I have ever had --Dropped off 3 suits for alteration, as well as 11 items for dry cleaning This was my first time using this service being new to the neighborhood First thing I noticed was that pants buttons were missing off the suits, than the pants did not fit, lining in the jacket was not even sowed back in. After all that I received a bill for over $400.00 with no communication-- I asked them for and itemized bill and they refused-- Owner became Irate, and unprofessional -Now lets get to the 11items of dry cleaning, Very poor quality, after waiting a week-- DONT USE THIS SERVICE

Fantastic service, awesome people. I work at the Branchburg Funeral Home, so I need suits and shirts taken care of on a regular basis. No job is too big or too small for them. They promise ( and keep the promise) fast, quality service, and always have my suits and shirts ready, sometimes on a whim. They knew my name after one visit and constantly greet me with a warm smile and you can tell that they are truly grateful for my business, whether it be one shirt, or my whole pile of funeral-wear. Giorgios place is hands down the best dry cleaner and tailor in the area. Fair prices and he works wonders on your problems. Hes got stains out of my ties and repaired holes and tears in my jackets that some of the other tailors (lookin at you shop rite guy) wouldnt even touch and said were impossible to fix. Highly recommend the staff is friendly and helpful and will sort you out with whatever you need. Damn right I loved this place!
