At one point during a wedding I had not one, but three people trying to drag me onto the dance floor, they were unsuccessful to say the least. Can you visualize that? I hope so, because it has haunted me ever since. Whether it was the lack of confidence or lack of adequate dancing skills, I wanted a revolution. I chose a dance studio by the name of FADs Manasquan. I sat outside the studio in my car before my first session thinking what am I getting myself into? Little did I know it would lead to all this... Im only 5 months in and there arent enough words to describe how much dancing has changed my life. It has improved my self-confidence & self-esteem 10-fold, I notice the difference everywhere I go. The instructors at FADs Manasquan are not only talented, but offer a warm, friendly, and inviting atmosphere. Any skill level dancer will find the instructors here to be knowledgeable, patient, and skilled... Lets also not forget they all have equally fun personalities. The group classes and events they offer are a wonderful addition if you plan on taking private lessons because you learn how to dance with people of varying skill levels. Not only that, but you get the chance to meet a truly wonderful group of other students. Without a doubt dancing has become an absolute passion of mine and hopefully Ill be dancing the rest of my life. So take it from me, call their number and take the complimentary dance lesson, you wont regret it. Even if you take only a few lessons, you honestly have nothing to lose here.

Ive loved ballroom dancing for years and always dismissed taking lessons for one reason or another. Then one day driving past the studio, I thought why not. It was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I cannot rave enough about this dance studio!! I was addicted after one lesson. Cristian is the most amazing dance instructor and a wonderful, caring person. Everyone at Fred Astaire Manasquan is great. Dana, Denise and Chelsea are the best. They are patient and kind and very encouraging. The parties are so much fun and Ive met some really nice people. I was hesitant to sign up without a partner, but you dont need one. I look forward to my lessons and plan to continue for as long as I can. If I could, I would be there 6 days a week!! I never realized that dancing can make a person so happy, but it has done just that for me. My only regret is that I waited so long to start, but better late then never!!

Seven months ago I was invited to a wedding and thought it would be a good time to take my complimentary lesson...and I have been a student ever since. What a boost to my confidence, balance and mental agility. Did you know that ballroom dancing is one of the best things for your brain as you age? Not to mention the physical exercise, too. The entire staff is caring, supportive and encouraging, and my instructor, Cristians teaching skills are wonderful. from drilling in the basics (in a gentle way) to finally being able to follow a mans lead.Plus, I find myself listening to music in a new way. The sound system at the studio is incredible. Whether you are single or have a partner, and you want to learn ballroom or improve your dancing, treat yourself to all that Fred Astaire Manasquan has to offer.

I started dancing at Fred Astaire Manasquan just two months ago and I am addicted! I am a single mom and dancing has given me my confidence back. Walking in that first day was intimidating, but I was warmly welcomed and felt at home instantly. Cristian is an amazing instructor. All the instructors and students are amazing here. They are like my second family. I am at the studio five nights a week for group classes and I take private lessons once a week. I absolutely love it. I learn all types of dances from Fox Trot to Salsa and Bachata. If you are looking for an exceptional dance studio where you have the most amazing dance instructors, you feel like youre family and you have lots of fun, then this is the studio for you! You dont need a partner, so no excuses! Come dance!

Ive been a student for about a year and a half, and signing up for lessons is perhaps the best thing -- physically and psychologically -- Ive ever done for myself. The team there is amazing, and every lesson/event feels like Im spending time with family. Lessons are tailored to fit the way you learn, and the atmosphere is one of support and encouragement; I leave every time feeling full of confidence and in a great mood. If you have an interest in dancing or are looking to improve yourself in both mind and body, definitely give Fred Astaire Manasquan a try. I cant recommend it highly enough.

These guys are amazing dance instructors! From private lessons, to group classes, to dance parties, every moment is nothing but fun. They create a friendly atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome and like family. My husband and I started taking lessons in May, 2012 (it was a gift from him to me). I was shocked and thrilled that my husband loved it so much that we continued past the beginner lessons and are still taking classes and lessons. It is so much fun!

The instructors have a great attitude; they teach you how to dance and love dancing, also they make me feel like family all while raising your level of dancing beyond anything you imagined. We used Fred Astaire in preparation for our wedding. This was the perfect date night amidst all the stressful wedding planning. We had so much fun and our wedding guests were super impressed with our moves. We even learned how to do a dip at the end of our song for some added drama.
