Cut The Cheese Food Truck

I ordered a catering of nuggets and a fruit basket arrived 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready at 3:30 (even called to make sure it was ready on time) and I didnt not receive the whole basket until 4:00 the manager on duty Jennings did not do anything to communicate with us to let us know it was not going to be ready or that they didnt even start making it. And a girl working there also had hickies all over her neck, thought Chick-fil-A was a Christian company... and would not be something I would want my child to see

Worst chick-fil-a (CFA) Ive been to. The girl who waited on me was, believe it or not, RUDE and distant (even by McDonalds standards) and would not refund us after we paid for a frosted coffee and the machine was down.... And could not smile to save her life. Food was decent, but the poor service kind of turned me off. My expectations of CFA are high, and I never really leave bad reviews, but this was REALLY BAD... & Ive never had a bad CFA experience, so this kind of shocked me.

Very clean, very good and fresh food for fast food. Servers will come by your table, pick up your tray, and even offer to refill your soft drink and will bring it back to you! Cute play area for young kids, although that closed room can get pretty loud if you are sitting close. But, not the cheapest place and extremely crowded and busy most of the time, and usually loud.

Generally good chicken products. Just terrible political, social, and even product decisions by the corporate management. For instance, they used to sell hot tea and then just decided to stop. Really? Is it that difficult to stock yes bags? Even when they had tea, they would sell it in a regular cup but not in a large cup. Why? How about listening to your customers?

I get i took my children at 10:30 before the rush. However, cheese sauce was not made. Ok I got a refund. Next my daughter got a 6 piece nugget and I noticed it was a 4 piece she took a bite out of one. I took it up front they proceeded to put too more in the same container. No I am sorry nothing. Wont be coming to this one again. Should have went to sicklerville.

Im a huge fan of Chick-fil-a. But i had an experience here that set my teeth on edge. I literally had toe nails in my breakfast burrito. I saved everything and called for the store operator giving the message about the toe nails. NEVER a call back. Disgusting. I cant look at Chick-fil-a without the feeling of gagging.

The food always seems to be good at chic-fil-a and this one is no different. The employees here are always very friendly. I really like that the play area they have for kids is kept clean. At other fast food restaurants the play areas are usually pretty dirty, but chic-fil-a does a great job keeping this one clean.

Im a regular at this location and we love it! All the staff are so friendly and helpful, but Kayla is a doll! My girls and I love her so much! She always greets us by name, and spends time talking with the girls like theyre old friends. Kayla is a model of excellent, outstanding customer service!!

The food is absolutely delicious and always delivered in a timely manner (no matter how crowded or busy store may seem). The only drawback is the parking lot. While decent size it tends to become quite hectic during lunch and dinner hours. Altogether this Chick-fil-A location is very impressive

Always great hospitality. I have eaten there about 5 times. Each time I feel welcomed and served well! Being new to the area and back in the States after 6 years (military), it is the closest thing to Japanese customer service which was 100% excellent.

The food was just as every other Chick-Fil-A. The service, just as good as every other Chick-Fil-a. The iconic Chick-Fil-A ice, NOT REAL CHICK-FIL-A ICE. THEY HAVE MY FAVORITE ICE BUT THIS ONE CHICK FIL A JUST DIDNT HAVE THE ICONIC ICE.

what can I say other than its Chick-fil-A. Very clean location, the manager was very present and greeting everyone. He was empathetic toward the children that were unable to use the play place, as it was under construction.

Very friendly atmosphere, good food, and although there is always a long line, they process customers promptly. Im not sure how they do it. Buy the calendar - comes with a card for monthly freebees, well worth it.

Chick-fil-A remains the only fast food restaurant I will order a sandwich containing chicken breast. Consistently good with great friendly service with utmost care for the customer.

Quick and fast food. A nice stop after Diggerland and before driving home. Line not nearly as long as the food service in the park. Kids loved the play area which had no wait line.
