Unbelievable and Unacceptable! We went to Boston Market seeking a break from everyday fast food. Normally there is a great selection of scratch-made food items to choose from. What I found caused me to leave and take my family elsewhere. Several tables left unattended with trash from previous dinners. First of all who leaves trash on a table after eating? But even worse staff just continued to man the counter and ignore this mess. I am sure the training manual does not find this to be standard operating proceedure.

Was there yesterday to get dinner. I should of known by the ladies room because it was gross. The store was hot and humid like outside. I ordered my food and staff was not friendly. I opened my food in my car and it wasnt hot, turkey was pink and under cooked and my corn bread had a big hair baked in it. Staff asked me if I wanted anything else to eat and I wanted nothing from this place ever again. The health dept needs to visit this place.

Foods not bad. Kinda falls somewhere between fast food and fast casual. Inside could be laid out better. Its really cramped at the food counter since the entryway intrudes pretty far into the restaurant. Would recommend if youre looking for something quick but different.

Stopped by at 9:3pm half the sides we put away no pot pies and cleaning chemical out over food. Why stay open till 10 just close at 9:30 and clean for a half hour. Thats ok Chick Flia was open across the street they were more then happy to take ur business.

Service was ok but what I found was unacceptable there were multiple bugs on the macaroni and cheese.The food was as any other Boston markets. This locations restaurant needs to step up there game.

Served chicken as if its been burnt. The meat felt like rubber. This happened after I asked for a fresh chicken! Love Boston Market been to other places, but hands down for this one.

Good food and pleasant staff. Ive been coming here for many years and always had a great meal. I recommend for those not crazy about other fast food establishments.
